본 논문은 2020년 2학기, 각 대학에서 시도하였던 “실시간 온라인 수업” 경험에 대한 설문을 진행한 결과를 토대로 작성되었다. 이는 추후 온라인 기반 수업이 어떠한 방향으로 나아가야 하는가를 진단하고, 한문 교육은 어떠한 점을 염두에 두는 것이 바람직한가를 살피기 위함이었다. 이를 위해 실시간 온라인 수업이 차지한 비중과 사용한 플랫폼을 파악하고, 그 개선점에 대해 설문 내용을 중심으로 분석을 시도하였다. 우선, “비중”에 있어서는 100% 비대면 수업 중 과반수 이상의 과목에서 실시간 온라인 수업을 진행하였음을 알 수 있었다. “플랫폼”의 경우, 인문계열에서는 “줌(ZOOM)” 플랫폼에 대한 사용이 압도적으로 높았으며, “1대 1 채팅” 및 “소회의실” 기능이 긍정적인 평가를 받고 있음을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 “개선점”으로 지적된 소통의 부재와 집중도 하락 문제를 보완할 수 있는 방안으로 구체적 한문과 수업 방안을 소개하였다. 제한된 인원으로부터의 설문 조사 내용에 기반하고 있는 본 연구 내용을 일반론으로 단정하기에는 한계가 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 중복적으로 제기되고 있는 문제에 대해서는 대안을 고민해야 한다고 생각하여 본 연구를 진행하였다. 또한 한문수업에 특화된 구체적이고 다양한 모델에 대해서 간략하게 소개하였는데, 이에 대한 보다 구체적인 연구는 후고를 기약한다.

This paper was written based on the results of conducting a survey on “real-time online classes” attempted in full swing by each university in the 2nd semester of 2020. This attempt was for diagnosing which direction online-based classes should take in the future and examining which aspects should be borne in mind for desirable Chinese character education by reviewing the opinions on real-time online classes that students had encountered for the first time. First, in case of “proportion”, it was found that real-time online classes were carried out in over the majority of subjects with 100% contact-free classes. In the survey related to “platforms,” the use of the “ZOOM” platform was significantly higher in the humanities sector, and the features of “one-on-one chat” and “small meeting room” offered by “ZOOM” were confirmed to be receiving positive assessment. Finally, in “points of improvement,” the absence of communication and the issue of declining concentration levels were confirmed to be demanding most urgent supplementation. As a complementary plan, specific Chinese characters class plans were introduced. As this study is based on the survey content of a limited number of people, there are limitations in the research to conclude its details as the generality. Nevertheless, the study was conducted with the thought that it is necessary to think about the issues that are raised redundantly even within a limited number of people. Follow-up studies will be promised for the future considering the lack of proposing concrete and varied models specialized for Chinese character classes due to the restricted space and time.
