유아교육 사업에 대한 사회적 관심이 높은 환경에서 유아교사 직업이 많이 발전하게 되었다. 그러나 유아교육 사업이 개혁되면서 직업예술성, 종합성 등 유아교사의 능력에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라서 고등직업학교 유아교육전공의 효율성을 향상시켜 수업방식과 교학이념을 더욱 발전시키고, 유아교사의 직업적 속성을 강화하는게 매우 현실적이고 적극적인 의미가 가지게 되었다. 현재 고등직업학교의 유아교육전공은 인재양성에 있어 내용과 방향을 품성 지식 체질 심미(德智體美)로 포함되어 있고, 유아교육전공의 기능 이론을 강화하고, 교학 규칙을 풍부하게 하며, 관리 도구를 보완하고, 교학 활동을 늘리면 관련 인재의 종합적인 소양을 향상시켜 유아의 성장 수요에 더 맞게 향상시킬 수 있다. 고등직업학교의 유아교육전공 중에 음악은 모든 학생들이 파악해야할 부분이고, 학생들에게 음악 관련 지식을 가르쳐주고, 노래ㆍ편집ㆍ연출 등을 활용해 유아 수업에 더 잘 적응할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 실제로 현재 많은 고등직업학교들은 이 부분에 대해 공식적으로 중시하지 않고 있으며, 전통적인 교과내용과 교수방식, 교학이념 등을 채택하고 있어서 학생들의 실제 수요를 비교적 잘 만족시킬 수 없다. 그래서 학교 관련 기관과 교사들이 기존 교육 이념에서 벗어나 학생들의 실제상황과 사회적 욕구를 반영하는 방향으로 교과 구성과 내용을 최적화해야 한다. 부족한 부분을 보완하여 교육 효과를 강화함으로써 높은 자질을 가진 유아교육 분야의 인재를 교육하는 좋은 기반을 다질 수 있도록 하다. 따라서 고등직업학교 교육전공의 발전을 위해 오르프 음악 교수법을 수립하고 실천연구를 진행하고 이 교수법은 고등직업 대학의 유아교육전공에 대한 긍정적인 효과를 탐구한다. 그리고 오르프음악교수법에 기초하여 현재 고등직업학교의 유아교 육전공 대비책을 분석하여 음악 강의의 공백을 메우고 부족한 부분을 보완해서 고등직업학교의 유아교육전공의 음악교학의 심층 발전과 오르프음악교수법을 더 심도 있게 활용하는 것을 추진하고자 한다.

在社会对幼儿教育事业高度重视背景下，幼儿教师职业得到了 进步一发展，但随着幼儿教育事业度深入改革，对幼儿教师职业艺 术性、综合性等能力提出了更高的要求。据此，提升高职院学校教 育专业效能，让其教学方式和教学理念更加先进和科学，强化幼儿 教师职业属性，拥有非常现实而积极的意义。 目前高职院校学前教育专业在进行人才培养时，涵盖的内容和 方向为德智体美，若强化学前专业的技能理论，丰富教学规律，完 善管理工具，增加教学活动，可提升相关人才的综合素养，使其符 合幼儿成长需求。在高职院校学前专业中，音乐是所有学生必须掌 握的模块，要求学生知晓相关音乐知识，可利用唱、编、演等，以 让其更好的适应幼儿教学。事实上，当前很多高职院校还未正式重 视该模块的建设，仍采用传统教学内容、教学方式及教学理念等， 无法较好满足学生实际需求。而这就需要学校相关部门机构和教师 突破原有教育理念，以学生实际情况和社会实际需求为方向，优化 教学构架和内容，完善教学不足之处，以强化教学效果，以为高素 质学前教育人才奠定良好基础。 基于此，文章特立足高职院校学校教育专业实际，以奥尔夫教 学法为方式，以提升高职院校学前教育专业教育为目的，以文献资 料分析法、实地调查法为基础，以当前高职院校学前教育专业为研 究对象，探究当前音乐教学法在高职院校中的不足与缺陷，并在此 基础上提出高职院校学前教育专业应对措施，以推动高职院校学前 教育专业音乐教学深入发展和奥尔夫音乐教学法的深入应用。而结 果表明，奥尔夫音乐教学法给高职院校学前教育专业教学注入了鲜 明动力，其结果为：第一，转变了教师的教学理念与措施，即通过 奥尔夫音乐教学法，让部分教师理清音乐教学与学前专业教学之间 的联系和区别，进而以开始纠正自身教学观念，如学生全面素养发 展等；第二，强化了学生课程参与效果。通过对比施加奥尔夫音乐 教学策略前厚情况发现，教师的教学内容与方式更加适应学生成长 偏好与需求，让学生在课堂中既有知识收获，也有情感收获；第 三，实现了高职院校学前教师专业化发展，通过调查全面了解并施 加奥尔夫音乐教学法的教师可以看出，教师在梳理相关理念与改进 教学措施过程中，对自身职业发展有了更加清晰的定位，促使教师 更加专业。

Under the background of society attaching great importance to preschool education, the preschool teacher profession has been advanced and developed, but with the deepening reform of preschool education, higher requirements have been put forward for the professional artistic and comprehensive ability of preschool teachers. According to this, it improves the professional efficiency of education in colleges and universities, makes its teaching methods and teaching concepts more advanced and scientific, strengthens the professional attributes of preschool teachers, and has a very realistic and positive significance. At present, when carrying out talent training, preschool education majors in higher vocational colleges cover moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic aspects. If we strengthen the skills theory of preschool majors, enrich teaching laws, improve management tools, increase teaching activities, and improve the comprehensive literacy of relevant talents and make them meet the needs of young children. In preschool majors in higher vocational colleges, music is a module that all students must master. Students are required to know relevant music knowledge. They can use singing,editing, acting, etc. to better adapt to preschool teaching. In fact, at present, many higher vocational colleges haven’t paid formal attention to the construction of this module, and still adopt traditional teaching content, teaching methods and teaching concepts, which cannot better meet the actual needs of students. This requires relevant departments and institutions of the school and teachers to break through the original educational concept, take the actual situation of students and the actual needs of society as the orientation, optimize the teaching structure and content, improve the teaching shortcomings, and strengthen the teaching effect, so as to lay a good foundation for high-quality preschool education talents. Based on this, in order to realize the real progress of education majors in higher vocational colleges, we will carry out practical research based on Orff's teaching method, explore the positive role of this teaching method in preschool majors in higher vocational colleges, and analyze the current preschool education response measures of higher vocational colleges on the basis of Orff’s music teaching method to fill their music. The teaching gap and the improvement of its shortcomings promote the in-depth development of music teaching in preschool education majors in higher vocational colleges and the in-depth application of Orff’s music teaching methods.
