이 논문의 목적은 선교학적인 블랙홀인 전천년 세대주의의 위험을 드러내는 것이다. 이 블랙홀의 중력은 너무나 강력하기에 각각 하늘/땅, 영/물질 짝의 한 편인 땅과 물질이 거기로부터 빠져나오지 못하고 빨려가 버린다. 전천년 세대주의는 피조물의 갱신을 배타적으로 예수 그리스도의 재림 이후에 위치시킴으로써 성경적 세계관을 서서히 약화 한다. 전천년 세대주의는 피조물을 치유하는 역할을 방해하면서 교회의 증언을 무기력하게 만든다. II 장에서 세대주의를 다룬다. III 장에서 무천년 세대주의와 후천년 세대주의와 전천년 세대주의를 다룬다. IV 장에서는 전천년 세대주의가 교회사에서 반복적으로 등장해왔음을 경고한 후, 터너(H. L. Turner)의 옛 찬송가인 “It May Be at Morn”을 스나이더(Howard A. Snyder)가 새롭게 개사한 내용을 소개하면서 결론을 맺는다. 지금부터 새 창조까지 이어질 하나님과 서로와의 완전 한 사귐을 갖는 것이 전천년 세대주의라는 위험한 블랙홀을 피하게 해주는 닻이다.

The purpose of this article is to reveal the peril of premillennial dispensationalism, a missiological black hole. The gravity of this black hole is so strong that earth and matter, each a part of the respective heaven/earth and spirit/matter pairs cannot escape from it. Premillennial dispensationalism undermines the biblical worldview by exclusively situating the renewal of creation after the return of Jesus Christ. Premillennial dispensationalism afflicts the witness of the church, hampering its healing role in creation. Chapter 2 deals with dispensationalism. Chapter 3 handles amillennial dispensationalism, postmillennial dispensationalism, and premillennial dispensationalism. After giving a warning that premillennial dispensationalism has risen repeatedly in church history, Chapter 4 concludes this article by introducing Howard A. Snyder’s reconstructed lyrics of H. L. Turner’s old hymn “It May Be at Morn.” Having full fellowship with God and one another now and in the final new creation is the anchor to avoid the black hole of premillennial dispensationalism.
