Healing Implications in the Poetry Based on Forest Meditation
The purpose of this paper is to examine the meaning of “forest meditation” and the poetry created based on it can heal and comfort the scars of modern people. This paper also looks at a reminder of empathy of life solidarity, and an important function as an aesthetic of emptying and filling of the poems based on forest meditation. Forests have been the living place and home of mankind for a long time, and interacting with the forest is the way to find human nature. So communicating with the forest and reflecting on the scenery in me through the forest can heal wounds of mind and wounded mind can be comforted. And they let go of the busy, greedy mind for a moment, and make us realize the meaning of empathy and emptiness. This suggests that the forest can be transformed into a healing space beyond just a resting space. Therefore, forest meditation is a way to look at things with the right insight and to overcome desires, fillings, obsession, anger, complexity and anxiety, etc.. In addition, based on “forest meditation”, the poems which are various expressions of emotions rising from the bottom of one’s heart contain various spectra of the mind, so the amplitude of its echo and echo is wide and deep. The reason is that the poet’s insight and imagination can make a big difference in life. This is because it can bring about a big change in life and makes it meaningful. In particular, poets also speak in a vivid language that we always see, but never see, and always hear, but never hear. Because it brings us to a new world of perception by bringing us back to life in clear language. Just by reciting honest, lively healing poems and understanding their meaning, we can open and heal pressed and torn minds. Hence, the thoughts and practical experiences that encompass the forest, meditation, and the poetry created based on it have many healing elements beyond the limitations of poets and readers. That is because it implies psychological healing, an essential function of literature.
