정보통신기술의 급격한 발전에 따라 우리는 디지털 기술사용역량, 정보관리능력, 커뮤니케이션, 컴퓨터 및 매체의 사용능력을 함양해야 하는 디지털 환경에 처했다. 본 논문에서는 현재 중국의 디지털 리터러시에 대한 사회적 인식을 토대로 미래의 트렌트를 찾고자 관련 빅데이터를 수집하여 분석하였다. 이에 따라 실증분석을 위해 Textom을 이용, 2015년~2020년까지의 중국 인터넷 채널에서 디지털 리터러시를 주 제어로 자료를 수집하였으며, 텍스트 마이닝을(빈도분석, TF-IDF분석, 연결중심성분 석) 진행하고, 네트워크 분석(CONCOR)을 수행하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 중국의 디 지털 리터러시가 정부의 선도를 바탕으로 안정적으로 추진되고 있음을 알 수 있었 다. 둘째, 국가교육 관점에서 디지털 리터러시의 접근역량, 비판적 이해 역량, 사회적 참여 역량 등에 관한 교육과정을 구축할 필요가 있음을 확인하였다.

With the rapid development of information and communication technology, we are in the digital environment that requires to build digital technology usage capabilities, information management capabilities, communication, usage capabilities of computers and media. In this paper, related big data were collected and analyzed to find out future trends based on current social perception about current China's digital literacy. Accordingly, Textom was used for analysis of actual proof. Data were collected with topic words for digital literacy on Chinese Internet channels from 2015 to 2020, text mining(frequency analysis, term frequency–inverse document frequency analysis, centrality analysis) and network analysis(CONCOR) were performed. As the result of analysis, first, it was found that China's digital literacy was being stably promoted based on the government's leading. Second, it was confirmed that it was necessary to establish a curriculum on access capabilities of digital literacy, critical understanding capabilities, and social participation capabilities from the perspective of national education.
