본 연구는 유가사지론 성문지에 나타난 산수수습법의 수습과정과 그것의 자연치유적 의미를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 산수수습법에는 크게 보통의 산수수습법과 특수한 산 수수습법으로 나누어진다. 보통 산수수습법에는 일일산수법, 이일산수법, 순산수법과 역 산수법의 네 가지가 있다. 수습과정은 일일산수법의 수습이 완성될 때 이일산수법을 익 힌다. 그때 순산수법과 역산수법을 병행하여 익힌다. 그 다음에 온전히 승진산수수습법 을 닦아 익혔을 때 과산수지법을 익히고 이것마저 온전하게 닦아 익혀지면 그 때 심일 경성과 신심경안을 얻게 된다. 심일경성이란 삼매의 동의어이다. 삼매란 인식주관, 인식 대상과 인식 자체의 셋이 하나가 되는 것이다. 이와 같이 산수수습법을 단계적으로 닦아 익히면 마음이 깊이 안정되어 육체적으로 정신적으로 건강과 능력이 향상되는 자연치유 적인 효과가 있게 된다.

the purpose of this paper is to examine a practice process of calculation method of b reathing and meaning of Natural healing. A calculation method divide into ordinary calc ulation method and special calculation method. An ordinary calculation method is one by one breathing, one by two breathing, breathing in the order, and anti-order breathing. Practice order is when one by one breathing is fully practiced, one by two breathing i s. The breathing in the order and anti-order breathing practiced by one by one breathi ng, or one by two breathing together. Then when a special calculation method is practi ced, we practice the transcendental calculation method. And then we attain a cittasyaik āgratā and kāya-citta-prasrabdhi. It is the synonymous with samādhi. It is a samādhi th at become one of the subject, object, and cognition itself. When we have been practic ed gradually, our mind is a state of balance, our physical and psychical healthy and abi lity is to be stabilized and advanced. This is an effect of natural healing.
