목적 : 본 연구는 보조기기 효과성 평가 연구에 대한 체계적 고찰을 통해 보조기기 영역에 따른 효과성 평가 요소, 평가 요소별 평가 도구에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : Google Scholar, Pubmed, Science direct, RISS, KISS, DBpia를 이용하여 2013년부터 1월부터 2023년 12월까지 출판된 보조기기 적용의 효과성을 평가한 논문을 검색하였으며, 1차 검색된 3,533편의 문헌 중 선정 기준 및 배제 기준에 따라 최종 13편의 문헌을 선택하여 분석하였다. 결과 : 보조기기 효과성 평가의 요소는 활동과 참여, 만족도, 삶의 질, 심리사회적 영향, 보호자 부담, 기타 등이었고 활동 과 참여, 만족도는 모든 보조기기 유형에 사용되었으나 다른 요소들은 보조기기 유형에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 총 6개 평가 요소에 19개의 평가 도구가 조사되었는데 활동과 참여 요소에 해당하는 평가 도구가 가장 많았고, 만족도 요소에 해당하는 평가 도구, 삶의 질과 기타 요소에 해당하는 평가 도구 순이었다. 평가 도구 중 47.4%는 보조기기 분야에서 사 용하기 위해 개발된 것이었고, 가장 많이 사용된 것은 QUEST 2.0으로 분석되었다. 결론 : 연구 결과 적용하는 보조기기 유형별 적합한 효과성 평가 요소와 평가 도구에 대해 파악할 수 있었으며 앞으로 보 조기기 유형별 효과성 평가의 요소와 평가 도구 선택을 위한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Objective : This study sought to find out the effectiveness assessment factors and tools through a systematic review of assistive technology device effectiveness evaluation research. Methods : We searched for papers the effectiveness assessment of assistive technology device application using Google Scholar, Pubmed, Science direct, RISS, KISS, and DBpia from January 2013 to December 2023. Among the 3,533 documents initially searched, 13 final documents were selected and analyzed. Results : Elements of assistive technology device effectiveness assessment included activity and participation, satisfaction, quality of life, psychosocial impact, caregiver burden, and others. Activity, participation, and satisfaction were used for all types of auxiliary engineering devices, but other factors were different depending on the type of assistive technology device. A total of 19 assessment tools were investigated for 6 assessment factors, with the largest number being assessment tools corresponding to activity and participation factors. 47.4% of the assessment tools were developed for use in the assistive device field, and the most used was QUEST 2.0. Conclusions : As a result of the study, it was possible to identify appropriate effectiveness assessment factors and assessment tools for each type of assistive technology device applied, and this can be used as data for selecting factors and evaluation tools for effectiveness assessment by type of assistive technology device in the future.
