본 연구는 장애인활동지원서비스의 질이 이용자의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 이용자욕구 및 과 제가 무엇인가를 고찰함으로서 장애인활동지원서비스의 본래 목적인 장애인의 자립생활 증진과 향후 장애 인활동지원서비스의 질을 높일 수 있는 방안을 마련하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 경기도에 소재하고 있는 장애인활동지원기관 5곳을 선정하여 장애인활동지원서비스 이용자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 회수된 설문지는 총 212부였고 자료분석은 SPSS 18.0 통계프로 그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인활동지원서비스의 질이 높을수록 이용자만족도가 높 게 나타났다. 장애인활동지원서비스의 질의 하위요인 중에서 이용자권리인식수준이 제공기관서비스수준보 다 이용자만족도에 더 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 장애인활동지원서비스의 질이 높을수록 사회활동참여가 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 사회참여활동이 많을수록 이용자만족도가 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 장애인활동지원서비 스의 질과 이용자만족도 사이의 영향관계에서 장애인의 사회활동참여가 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났 다. 그러므로 장애인활동지원서비스 이용자의 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 장애인활동지원서비스의 질을 제 고하는 것이 필요하며, 장애인활동지원서비스를 이용하는 장애인의 권리인식수준을 제고하는 전략이 요구 된다. 본 연구에서 장애인의 사회활동참여가 장애인활동지원서비스의 질과 이용자만족도 사이에서 매개효 과를 갖는 것으로 밝혀졌으므로 장애인활동지원서비스의 효과성을 강화하기 위하여 장애인의 사회활동참 여를 강화시키는 전략을 적극적으로 활용하는 것이 필요하다.

This study intends to consider the needs of the user of disability services and problems relevant to them in the process that the quality of disability services affects the user's satisfaction so that we can find out how to improve the ability of independence of the disabled and the quality of services in the future. The subjects, the users of disability services, has asked a survey in five assistance service centers in Gyeonggi-do. 212 questionnaires were returned and the data was analyzed by SPSS 18.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, the higher the quality of disability services was, the higher the user's satisfaction was. Among the sub-factors of the quality of disability services, user's right awareness had a bigger effect than provider's service level. Second, the higher the quality of disability services was, the higher the social participation was. Third, more social participation improved the user's satisfaction. Fourth, social participation of the disabled had a mediating effect on the influence of the quality of disability services on user's satisfaction. Therefore, to improve the satisfaction of the users of disability services, we need a strategy to enhance the quality of disability services and the level of right awareness of the disabled. As this study pro-ved that social participation of the disabled has a mediating effect between the quality of disability services and user's satisfaction, it is needed to move forward with the strategy to strengthen the social participation of the disabled in order to enhance the effectiveness of the disability services.
