본 연구는 발달장애 자녀를 둔 부모의 자아 탄력성이 외상 후 성장에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 고찰한 것이다. 연구 대 상은 경기도 성남시에 소재하는 드림온아트센터의 발달장애 자 녀를 양육하는 부모를 유의 표집(purposive sampling)하여 2023년 12월 4일~12월 15일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, Windows 용 SPSS 25.0, PROCESS macro 4.1의 통계 프로그 램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 발달장애 자녀를 둔 부모의 자아 탄력성이 외상 후 성장에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과 자아 탄력성이 높은 부모는 발달장 애 자녀를 양육하는 과정에서 겪는 스트레스, 양육 부담, 부정 적 정서에 적극 대처하여 성장을 이루는 것으로 나타났다. 발달장애 자녀를 둔 부모의 외상 후 성장을 돕기 위해 지방 자치단체 및 발달장애 관련기관에서는 발달장애 자녀 부모의 자존감 향상과 성취감 향상을 위한 프로그램을 개발하고 운영 해야 하고, 자조집단을 조직하여 공감하고, 지지받고, 유용한 정보를 공유할 수 있도록 환경적, 경제적 지원이 있어야 한다.

This study empirically examines the effect of ego resilience of parents With developmental disabilities on post-traumatic growth. The subjects of the study were surveyed from December 4 to December 15, 2023, using statistical programs from SPSS 25.0 and PROCESS macro 4.1 for Windows. As a result of examining the relationship between ego resilience and post-traumatic growth of parents with developmental disabilities, the overall significant results were found between ego resilience and post-traumatic growth of parents With developmental disabilities. Therefore, parents with high ego resilience actively cope with the stress, parenting burden, and negative emotions experienced in raising their children in developmental disabilities. To help post-traumatic growth of parents with developmental disasters, local governments and development-related organizations should develop and operate programs to improve self-esteem and achievement of parents with developmental disasters, and environmental and economic support should be provided to organize self-help groups to empathize, be supported, and share useful information.
