목적: 본 연구는 정신건강복지법 개정에 따라 정신건강전문요원에 포함된 정신건강작업치료사의 직무를 확인하 기 위해 임무(duty)와 작업(task)을 분석하고, 핵심직무 지정 및 직무표를 작성하고자 실시되었다. 연구방법: 직무분석을 위해 사용된 방법은 DACUM기법으로, 연구과정은 총 4단계로 수행되었다. 1단계는 작업치료사 및 타 직역 정신건강전문요원의 직무분석에 대한 문헌을 분석하였고, 개방형 직무설문조사가 수행되었다. 2단계는 1차 타당도 검증과 전문가 워크숍 및 2차 타당도 검증을 통해 정신건강작업치료사의 직무에 대한 임무와 작업을 도출하였다. 3단계는 각 임무와 작업의 중요도, 난이도, 수행빈도를 조사하였고, 조사된 결과에 따라 결정계수를 산출하고 핵심직무가 지정되었다. 4단계는 정신건강작업치료사를 위한 직무표가 작성되었다. 결과: 7개의 임무(평가, 중재계획 및 중재, 교육 및 상담, 전문성 개발, 응급상황 관리, 자문 및 협조, 자원 관리)와 95개 작업이 도출되었다. 임무 중 중요도가 가장 높은 것은 ‘교육 및 상담’이었다. 난이도가 가장 높은 것은 ‘응급상황 관리’였고, 수행빈도가 가장 높은 것은 ‘자원 관리’였다. 결정계수 산출 결과에 따라 상대적 가치가 가장 높은 임무는 ‘응급상황 관리’로 나타났다. 핵심직무 중 가장 높은 수준인 A에 해당되는 작업은 37개, B는 14개, C는 9개, D는 35개로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구는 도출된 결과를 통해 정신건강작업치료사의 직무수행에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고, 정신건강서 비스를 보다 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 교육 및 인력양성 과정에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the duties and tasks of mental health occupational therapists, derives core duties, and create a job analysis sheet. Methods: The job analysis method used for this study was the DACUM (i.e., “Developing a Curriculum”) method.In the first stage, literature on job analyses of occupational therapists and mental health specialists in other positions was examined, and an open survey was conducted. In the second stage, duties and tasks of mental health occupational therapists were derived through the first validation, an expert workshop, and a second validation. In the third stage, the importance, difficulty, and frequency of performance were investigated. The coefficient of determination was calculated, and core jobs were designated. In the fourth stage, a job analysis sheet was prepared. Results: The duties and 95 tasks were derived. Among the duties, “education and counseling” was the most important, “emergency management” was the most difficult, and “resource management” scored highest for performance frequency. The task with the highest relative value was “emergency situation management.” Conclusion: We believe that the study findings provide basic data necessary for mental health occupational therapists to perform their job and should be helpful in the curriculum.
