네덜란드는 겉으로 보기에 모든 것을 허용하는 관용의 나라이지 만 속으로는 사회분화라는 특수한 상황을 겪어왔으며 서로 폐쇄적 인 사회를 구성해 자기들만의 삶을 살아 왔지만 인문주의를 바탕 으로 사람을 소중히 여기는 인도주의 정신은 곳곳에 스며있다. 이 연구의 목적은 현재 전 세계 에 만연하고 있는 사회문제중 하나인 청소년 범죄 중에서 네덜란드라는 국가를 선택해 그곳의 청소년 범죄의 유형과 현황을 살펴보고 청소년범죄 형사체계를 살펴봄으 로써 현 우리 사회 청소년 문제의 해결 방안을 모색하는 것을 목 적으로 한다.

The Netherlands, a country of tolerance that allows everything on the outside, has been through a special situation of social pillarization on the inside, and people has lived their own life by forming a closed society, but the humanitarian spirit of valuing people based on humanism is everywhere. permeates in the Dutch society. The purpose of this study is to find a solution to the current juvenile delinquency in our society by selecting the Netherlands and examining the types and current conditions of juvenile delinquency and the criminal justice system of the youth in the Netherlands.
