Due to the excessive academic burden on Chinese primary and secondary school students, problems such as myopia, depression, and sleep deprivation have emerged. Additionally, extracurricular tutoring has hindered the development of school education and exacerbated educational inequality. As a result, China implemented the “Double Reduction” policy during the compulsory education stage to alleviate students’ homework load and reduce the burden of extracurricular tutoring, which has sparked a wave of research among scholars. This study uses China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) as the database and retrieves papers related to the Double Reduction policy published between 2013 and 2024, with a total of 886 valid documents after screening. CiteSpace software is used to analyze the selected literature. The study finds that the annual research trend on the Double Reduction policy initially shows a fluctuating increase followed by a decrease, which is primarily influenced by the policy's introduction. Furthermore, the research collaboration network is relatively sparse, with few cooperative relationships between researchers and institutions. Lastly, the research hotspots of the Double Reduction policy encompass four main areas: implementation and fundamental education reform; academic burden and classroom teaching reform; school education, family education, and societal collaboration in education; and the development of physical education and holistic education. The research trends include initial explorations of burden reduction measures, construction of policy support systems, agenda-setting studies on the Double Reduction policy, and evaluation of policy implementation and effectiveness. This study aims to provide a basis for future policy re-decision-making and policy evaluation research.
由于中国中小学生的学业负担过重,导致学生出现了眼睛近视、抑郁、睡眠不足等问 题,再加上校外培训妨碍了学校教育的发展、加剧了教育的不平等问题。因此,中国在义 务教育阶段实施了减轻学生作业负担和减轻校外培训负担的“双减”政策,并引发了学者的 研究热潮。本研究以中国知网(CNKI)为数据库,对2013-2024年期间发表的双减政策相关 论文进行检索,通过筛选共得到有效文献886篇。使用CiteSpace软件对筛选出的文献进行 分析。研究发现,双减政策的年度研究趋势呈现波动增加然后减少的趋势,这种变化主要 受到政策颁布的影响。其次,研究合作网络相对稀疏,研究作者和研究机构之间只有少数 存在合作关系。最后,双减政策的研究热点主题包含四个方面,分别是双减政策的实施与 基础教育改革研究;学业负担与课堂教学改革;学校教育、家庭教育与社会协同育人;体 育教育与素质教育的发展。研究趋势包括减负措施初步探索研究;政策支持体系构建研 究;双减政策议程设置研究;双减政策执行效果和评估研究。希望本研究可以为今后的政 策执行再决策和政策评估研究提供依据。
