본 연구는 성인 학습자가 인식한 평생학습 참여동기, 교수 신뢰, 학습 족도 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구목적을 달성 하기 위해 광주광역시 D 대학에 재학 중인 성인 학습자 204명을 연구 대상으로 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS와 AMOS 프로그램을 이용하여 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 성인 학습자가 인식한 평생학습 참여동기, 교수 신뢰, 학습 만족도 간의 구조적 관계 모형은 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 평생학습 참여동기와 학습 만족도 관계에서 교수 신뢰는 부분 매개변수로서 유의한 효과가 있 음이 확인되었다. 따라서 성인 학습자들의 학습 만족도를 증진하기 위해 이들의 평생학습 참여동기를 강화하고 교수와 학습자 간 상호신뢰를 구 축할 수 있는 사회적 관계망을 형성해야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship among adult learners' motivation to participate in lifelong learning, teaching trust, and learning satisfaction. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 204 adult learners who are attending D University in City Gwangju Metropolitan were selected as research subjects and a survey was conducted. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS program. First, the structural relationship model between lifelong learning participation motivation, teaching trust, and learning satisfaction perceived by adult learners was found to be appropriate. Second, teaching trust was found to have a significant effect as a partial mediator in the relationship between lifelong learning participation motivation and learning satisfaction. Therefore, in order to improve the learning satisfaction of adult learners, it is necessary to strengthen their motivation to participate in lifelong learning and to form a social network that can build mutual trust between professors and learners.
