본 연구는 영화 <미쓰백>에 등장하는 아동학대 행위자와 피해자의 경 험을 관계의 상실과 애도를 중심으로 정신분석적 관점에서 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구방법은 영화 <미쓰백>의 등장인물의 사례를 도구로 사용하 여 도구적 사례연구를 적용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 아동학대 행위자인 상 아의 어머니는 남편 사망 후 딸 상아를 학대하였고 자신이 경험한 남편 과의 관계의 상실의 고통을 딸이 경험하도록 무의식적으로 재현하였다. 또한 아동학대 행위를 통해 상아의 어머니는 딸과의 관계에서 관계의 상 실을 경험한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 아동학대 피해자인 상아는 아버지 의 사망, 어머니의 아동학대 행위로 인하여 부모와의 관계의 상실을 경 험한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이후 지은과의 정서적 접촉을 통해 애도를 경 험할 수 있었던 것으로 볼 수 있다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 아동학대는 행 위자와 피해자의 관계적 측면에서 접근하여야 하며, 치료적 장면에서는 내담자의 관계의 상실에 대한 애도를 위해 치료자의 정서적 접촉과 공 감, 담아주고 안전한 환경의 구축이 필요할 것으로 생각한다.

This study aimed to examine the experiences of child abusers and victims in the movie <Miss Baek> from a psychoanalytic perspective, focusing on the relationship loss and mourning. The research method applied a instrumental case study approach using the characters from the movie <Miss Baek> as case examples. The results revealed the following: First, the mother of the child abuse perpetrator, Sang-ah, abused her daughter after her husband's death, unconsciously reenacting the pain of losing her relationship with her husband onto her daughter. Additionally, through the act of child abuse, the mother experienced the loss of her relationship with her daughter. Second, Sang-ah, the victim of child abuse, experienced the loss of her relationship with her parents due to her father's death and her mother's abusive behavior. Subsequently, she was able to experience mourning through emotional contact with Ji-eun. Based on the research findings, child abuse should be approached from the relational perspective of the perpetrator and victim. In therapeutic settings, it is believed that the therapist's emotional contact, empathy, and the creation of a safe environment are necessary to facilitate the client's mourning process for their loss.
