마이산은 특색있는 경관으로 매년 많은 관광객이 찾는 진안군 대표 명소지만 마이산 북부 관광단지는 최근 트랜드에 부합하는 체험시설 부족으로 관광객의 외면을 받고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 농촌테마공원 을 체험·거점 공간으로 선정하고 상위계획, 기존시설 및 공간이용현황 등을 검토 및 분석해 개선방안을 바탕으로 한 기본계획안을 제시했다. 기본방향은 첫째 일상에서 쉽게 경험할 수 없는 ‘비일상의 경관’ 을 연출했고, 둘째 계절과 시간에 따라 다양한 행태가 이루어지는 ‘비움과 채움의 공간’을 조성했으며, 셋째 경험을 나누기 위한 ‘나를 찾는 행복존’을 만들었다. 세 가지 기본방향에 따른 디자인컨셉은 ‘낮과 밤, 다른 경험이 펼쳐지는 별 헤는 공원’이며, 이를 바탕으로 8개의 주요 공간을 계획했다. 본 연구는 공 간을 정해진 시설물로 채우고 선택받길 기다리지 않고, 적절히 비우는 작업을 통해 관광객이 스스로 찾아와 경험으로 채울 수 있는 공간 조성을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 최근 관광 트랜드를 분석하고 신규 관광객의 경향을 연구했으며, 공간 계획에 체험 콘텐츠를 접목했다는 점에서 새로운 시도로 볼 수 있다. 계획공모형 지역경제개발사업의 일환으로 진행된 자체 개발 콘텐츠가 결실을 봐서 공원 리모델링 완 료 후 마이산 북부 관광단지의 활성화는 물론 지역 경제에도 도움이 되길 기대해본다.

Maisan-mountain is a representative attraction in Jinan-gun that many tourists visit every year with its distinctive scenery, but the northern tourist complex of Maisan Mountain has recently been neglected by tourists due to the lack of experience facilities that meet the trend. Therefore, this study selected rural theme parks as experience and hub spaces, reviewed and analyzed higher-level plans, existing facilities, and space use status, and proposed a basic plan based on improvement measures. The basic direction was first to create an "unusual landscape" that cannot be easily experienced in everyday life, second to create a "space of emptiness and filling" in which various behaviors take place depending on the season and time, and third to create a "happiness zone to find yourself" to share experiences. The design concept according to the three basic directions is "A star counting park where different experiences unfold," and eight major spaces were planned based on this. This study aims to create a space where tourists can visit themselves and fill with experiences through proper emptying of the space without waiting for the space to be filled with designated facilities. To this end, it can be seen as a new attempt in that it recently analyzed tourism trends, studied new tourists' trends, and applied experience contents to space planning. It is hoped that the self-developed contents, which were carried out as part of the planned local economic development project, will bear fruit and help the local economy as well as revitalize the northern Maisan tourism complex after the park remodeling is completed.
