우리나라는 노인 문제를 해결하고 대비하기 위하여 노인일자 리사업을 추진하고 있는데, 이는 60세 이상의 노인을 대상으로 일하기를 희망하는 노인에게 적합한 일자리를 창출 또는 제공 하여, 노인에게 소득 창출 및 사회참여 기회를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 도입하였다. 즉, 노인일자리사업 참여를 통해 노인의 보충적 소득보장과 사회참여를 도모하는 것은 노인 문제 해결 에 많은 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 노인일자리사업 참여가 노인들의 사회적 지지, 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명하고자, 분석한 결과 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 노인일자리사업 참여 만족도는 사회적 지지의 정서적 지지, 정보적 지지, 물질적 지지, 평가적 지지에 통계적 유의수 준하에서 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인 일자리 사업에 참여한 사람들의 사회적 지지의 정보적 지지, 평가적 지지는 성공적 노화에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미 치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인일자리사업 참여 만족도는 정 보적 지지와 평가적 지지를 매개하여 성공적 노화에 미치는 간 접효과는 부분 매개효과로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 노인일자 리사업 참여 만족도를 높여주면 직접 성공적 노화를 높여줄 뿐 만 아니라, 높은 참여 만족도는 정보적 지지와 평가적 지지를 높여주고 이로 인해 성공적 노화에 긍정적으로 작용한다는 것 을 알 수 있다.

In order to solve and prepare for the elderly problem, Korea is promoting the elderly job program, which was introduced with the aim of providing income creation and social participation opportunities to the elderly by creating or providing jobs suitable for the elderly who wish to work for the elderly over 65 years of age. In other words, it is believed that the elderly's supplementary income guarantee and social participation through participation in the elderly job program will be of great help in solving the elderly problem. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of participation in the elderly job program on the social support and successful aging of the elderly, and as a result of analysis, it was found as follows. First, it was found that the satisfaction with participation in the elderly job program had a significant effect on the emotional support, information support, material support, and evaluation support of social support under the level of statistical significance. Second, it was found that the information and evaluation support of social support of those who participated in the elderly job program had a statistically significant effect on successful aging. Third, the indirect effect on successful aging was found to be a partial mediating effect by mediating information support and evaluation support in the satisfaction with participation in the elderly job program. As a result, it can be seen that increasing the satisfaction of participating in the elderly job project not only directly increases successful aging, but also increases informational and evaluative support, which positively affects successful aging.
