현대사회는 식생활 개선과 의료기술 발달로 기대수명이 늘어나면서 100세 시대를 눈 앞에 두게 되었다. 이처럼 늘어난 노년기는 성공적으 로 노후를 보내기 위해 매우 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 본 연구의 목적은 베이비붐 세대의 여가활동이 성공적노화에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로 써, 초고령사회에 대비하기 위해 도움이 되는 정보를 제공하고 정책적 개입을 통해 베이비붐 세대의 성공적노화를 향상하는 데 있다. 또한, 베이비붐 세대의 여가활동과 성공적노화 사이에서 사회적지지 와 노후준비도는 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 검증되었다. 따라서 베이비 붐 세대의 여가활동은 사회적지지와 노후준비도를 매개하여 성공적노화 에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 보인다. 본 연구를 통해 성공적노화를 위한 적극적 여가활동, 사회적지지 및 노후준비도가 성공적인 삶을 실현하는데 중요한 요소임을 확인했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

In modern society, the life expectancy has increased due to the improvement of dietary life and the development of medical technology, and the age of 100 has come to the fore. This increased old age is very important for successful aging. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of baby boomers' leisure activities on successful aging, to provide useful information to prepare for the super-aged society, and to improve the successful aging of baby boomers through policy intervention. In addition, it was verified that social support and preparation for old age play a mediating role between leisure activities and successful aging of baby boomers. Therefore, leisure activities of baby boomers seem to indirectly affect successful aging through mediating social support and preparation for old age. This study is meaningful in that it confirmed that active leisure activities, social support, and preparation for old age for successful aging are important factors in realizing successful life.
