급속하게 변화하는 현대사회는 결혼 후에도 자녀를 출산하지 않는 가정이 늘어나면서 우리나라 현재 출산율이 매우 심각한 수준에 있 다. 본 연구에서는 보육교사의 직무만족이 행복감에 미치는 영향과 그에 따른 역할수행의 매개효과와 인성의 조절효과를 검증하여 보육 정책의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 보육교사의 직무만족이 행복감에 미치는 영향에서 보육교사 역할수행의 매개변수는 매개 역할을 검증하였다는 점에 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

In the rapidly changing modern society, the birth rate of Korea is very serious as the number of families who do not give birth after marriage increases.,The purpose of this study is to provide basic data of child care policy by verifying the effect of job satisfaction of child care teachers on happiness, the mediating effect of role performance and the moderating effect of personality. This study is meaningful in that it verified the mediating role of childcare teacher's role performance in the influence of childcare teacher's job satisfaction on happiness.
