본 연구는 국내 사회복지학 분야에서 이루어진 장애와 영성에 관한 연 구의 경향을 살펴보고, 이를 토대로 향후 이 분야의 연구를 위한 함의를 찾고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 국내의 학술논문 데이터베이스를 활용하여 검색한 총 26편의 논문을 대상으로 주제범위 문헌고찰 방법을 적용하여 연구시기, 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구주제를 기준으로 분석하였다. 분석결 과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구시기별 분석 결과, 이 분야 연구가 2002년 에 처음 발표된 이후 2022년까지 지속되다가 이후의 시기에는 출간된 논문이 없는 것으로 확인하였다. 둘째, 연구대상별 분석에서는 장애인 당 사자를 대상으로 한 연구가 주로 이루어졌으며, 이들 중 신체장애인을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많이 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구방 법론에 있어서는 양적연구 방법 중 서베이 방법을 가장 많이 활용한 것 으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연구주제별 분석 결과는 영성이 장애인 또는 가족 의 스트레스 상황에서 긍정적 심리적 자원의 획득, 장애수용, 삶의 질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 관한 주제가 가장 많은 관심을 받은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 장애인복지 실천현장에서 장애인 과 가족의 문제해결을 위한 대처자원으로서 영성의 잠재력을 인식하고, 이들의 영성에 대한 욕구를 사정, 평가, 개입할 수 있는 영성프로그램의 개발과 적용에 대한 관심이 필요하다는 점을 제안하였다.

This study aims to examine the research trends on disability and spirituality within the field of social welfare in South Korea and to derive implications for future studies in this area. A total of 26 academic papers were retrieved from domestic scholarly databases and analyzed through a scoping review methodology. The findings are as follows. First, research in this field began in 2002 and continued until 2022, with no publications identified thereafter. Second, most studies targeted individuals with disabilities, particularly those with physical impairments. Third, surveys, were predominantly employed. Fourth, the analysis of research topics revealed sustained scholarly interest in themes such as psychological resources, disability acceptance, and quality of life. Based on these findings, it is deemed necessary to assess, intervene, and evaluate the spiritual needs of persons with disabilities and their families as a coping mechanism in the field of disability social work practice.
