China's secondary vocational education is an important part of high school education in mainland China. It outputs Junior and Intermediate technician and technical worker for society and plays a very important role in China's education system. From 2005 to 2014, the Chinese modern occupation education system formally established. The secondary occupation education has achieved a lot by the national strong overall leadership the actively guiding of local government and education departments to actively guide, the depth participation of the industries and enterprises, the organic connection of secondary and higher occupation education, occupation education and general education, the continuous development of education China multi interchange. The proposed policy for China modern occupation education and secondary occupation education policy in recent years were analyzed, focusing on the secondary occupation education employment access, integration of production and education, occupation training, education, free education, support the private education policy is briefly reviewed. This paper aims to understand the policy innovation measures of secondary vocational education in China under the modern vocational education system, and draw lessons from other countries, so as to draw lessons from Korea.
