본 연구는 성인학습자의 사회복지교육 이해가 전문직 정체성과의 관계에서 전 공효능감의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구에 참여한 연구대상은 대구광역시 및 경상북도 소재 대학교에 재학하고 있는 성인학습자를 대상으로 비확률표집인 임 의표집 방법을 활용하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 257부(회수율 85. 7%)를 자료분석에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0, SPSS PROCESS ma cro4.3 프로그램을 활용하여 각 변인의 기술통계, 상관관계, 매개효과를 검증하 기 위해 Hayes(2013)의 PROCESS MACRO model 4를 활용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 사회복지교육 이해는 전공효능감에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복지교육 이해는 전문직 정체성에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성인학습자의 사회복지교육 이해와 전문직 정체성 과의 관계에서 전공효능감이 부분 매개효과가 나타났다. 이는 성인학습자의 사회 복지 교육 이해와 전문직 정체성의 관계에서 진로효능감이 매개효과를 갖고 있 음을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 사회복지교육 이해와 전문직 정체성의 관계 연구에 서 전공효능감의 매개효과를 분석했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This study verified the mediating effect of major efficacy in the relationship between adult learners' understanding of social welfare education and professional identity. The subjects of this study were adult learners enrolled in universities located in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do using the random sampling method, and the final 257 copies were used for data analysis. The collected data were used by Hayes (2013)' PROCESS MACRO model 4 to verify the descriptive statistics, correlations, and mediating effects of each variable using the SPSS 25.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro4.3 programs. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that understanding social welfare education had a positive significant effect on major efficacy. Second, it was found that understanding social welfare education had a positive significant effect on professional identity. Third, the partial mediating effect of major efficacy was verified in the relationship between adult learners' understanding of social welfare education and professional identity. This study is significant in that it analyzed the mediating effect of major efficacy in a study on the relationship between understanding social welfare education and professional identity.
