본 연구의 목적은 재가노인지원서비스를 이용하는 노인의 경험을 탐색 하여 당사자 중심의 현안 및 발전방안을 제시하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 '노인의 주관적 인식에 근거한 재가노인지원서비스의 성과와 나아갈 방 향은 무엇인가?'라는 연구문제를 가지고 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 실시하였 다. 연구참여자는 의도적 표집방법을 통해 3년 이상의 재가노인지원서비 스를 이용하는 노인 8명을 구성하여 자료를 탐색하였다. 연구결과, 노인 삶의 현안, 재가노인지원서비스의 성과, 기대사항으로 3가지의 대범주가 도출되었다. 즉, 노인은 다양한 문제와 욕구에 놓여 있었으며, 재가노인 지원서비스의 성과는 어르신들의 든든한 이웃이 되어줌으로 나타났다. 또한 본 사업에 대한 기대사항으로는 경제논리가 아닌 당사자 중심의 전 문성 요구로 도출되었다. 이에 본 연구의 의의는 재가노인지원서비스의 전문성 강화 및 미래 지향적인 가능성을 탐색하는 데에 있다. 이를 기반 으로 결론에서는 재가노인지원서비스의 현안과 발전방안을 실천적, 정책 적으로 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences of elderly participants in home-based elderly support service and identify current issues and development plans centered on them. A focus group interview was conducted with the research question: "What are the outcomes and future directions of home-based elderly support service based on the elderly’s subjective perceptions?" Eight elderly participants with more than three years of service experience were purposively sampled. The study identified three major categories: current issues in the lives of the elderly, outcomes of the service, and expectations. The findings showed that the elderly faced various problems, while the service provided strong support. Expectations emphasized professionalism centered on the individuals rather than economic considerations. This study is significant in highlighting the need to strengthen professionalism and explore future-oriented possibilities for home-based elderly support service.
