A study on an Importance- Performance Analysis of a integrated resort in which the IPA is effected by customer satisfaction
본 연구는 IPA가 고객만족도에 영향을 미치는 복합리조트의 중요도-성과분석을 알아보기 위해 수행되었 다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 측정도구로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 각 연구문제를 IPA와 다중회귀분석을 통해 실 증분석하였다. 목표 달성을 위해 IPA는 IR에서 시설 서비스와 만족도를 분석하고, IPA 데이터를 고객 만족 도와 연관시켜 활용한다. IPA 결과, 고객은 시설서비스는 높고 만족도는 낮은 쇼핑을 활용한 것으로 나타났 다. 그래서 IR은 계속해서 시설 서비스를 늘리고 고객 요구 사항을 까다롭게 만들고 있습니다. 또한 고객만 족도(가격, 품질만족)를 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 활용한 결과, F&B, 쇼핑, 엔터테인먼트는 가격만족과 관련이 있었고, F&B, 엔터테인먼트, 카지노는 품질만족과 관련이 있었다.
This study was conducted to examine the importance- performance analysis of a integrated resort in which the IPA is effected by customer satisfaction. Based on previous research, a survey was conducted as a measurement tool and each research question was empirically analyzed through IPA and multiple regression analysis. for achieve the goal, IPA was analyrized facility service and satisfaction in IR and then the IPA data is utilized relation with customer satisfaction. for the IPA result, customer utilized shopping that is high facility service and low satisfaction; so IR continue to increase their facility service and demanding customer needs. also to find out coustomer satisfaction(price and quality satisfaction), the research was utilized multiple regression and for the result, F&B, shopping and entertainment were related with price satisfaction and F&B and entertainment and casino were related with qulity satisfaction.
