본 연구는 성인 장애인의 장애수용이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 회복탄력성과 사회적 지지의 순차적 매개효과를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 한국장애인개발원의 장애인삶 패널조사 6차(2023 년) 데이터를 활용하였다. 전국 19세 이상 장애인 총 3,946명을 대상으 로 SPSS 25.0과 Process Macro 4.1(Model 6)를 사용하여 자료분석을 수행하였으며, 심리사회적 적응(psychosocial adaptation) 관점에서 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 성인 장애인의 장애수용과 회복탄력성은 삶의 만족도에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애 수용과 사회적 지지는 삶의 만족도에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 장애수용과 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 회복탄력성과 사회 적 지지가 순차적으로 매개하는 효과가 확인되었고, 간접경로가 실증적 으로 검증되었다. 이는 ‘장애수용 → 회복탄력성 → 사회적 지지 → 삶의 만 족도’라는 통합적 경로가 존재함을 의미하며, 성인 장애인의 심리사회적 적응 과정을 설명하는 새로운 이론적 모델을 제시한다는 점에서 의의가 크다.
This study aimed to investigate the sequential mediating effects of resilience and social support on the impact of disability acceptance on life satisfaction among adults with disabilities. To this end, data from the 6th (2023) Disability Life Panel Survey conducted by the Korea Disabled People's Development Institute were utilized. Data from 3,946 individuals with disabilities aged 19 and older nationwide were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and Process Macro 4.1 (Model 6). The analysis examined the psychosocial adaptation perspective. The sequential mediating effects of resilience and social support on the relationship between disability acceptance and life satisfaction were confirmed, and the indirect path was empirically verified. This implies the existence of an integrated path of ‘disability acceptance → resilience → social support → life satisfaction’, and is significant in that it presents a new theoretical model that explains the psychosocial adaptation process of adults with disabilities.
