목적 : 본 연구는 최근 개발된 K-ADOC(Korean-Aid for Decision-making in Occupation Choice)의 국내 임상 현장 활용성을 높이기 위해, 기존 앱 기반 접근성과 제약을 보완한 지면버전을 개발하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 기존 K-ADOC의 8개 대분류, 100개 소항목을 바탕으로, 임상 경력 5년 이상의 작업치료 전문가 15인을 대상으로 2차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 각 항목의 내용타당도(CVR), 수렴도, 합의도, 중요도를 평가하여 항목의 수정, 삭제 및 통합 과정을 거쳐 최종본을 완성하였다. 결과 : 델파이 조사 결과, 자가간호(self-care)와 이동(getting around) 항목을 통합한 ‘상지를 사용한 활동 (activities using the upper limbs)’(11항목), ‘가정생활(domestic life)’(11항목), ‘일과 사회활동(work/ social activity)’(11항목), ‘취미 및 신체활동(hobby/physical activity)’(23항목)으로 구성된 총 4개 대분류, 56개 소항목의 K-ADOC 지면 버전이 도출되었다. 결론 : K-ADOC 지면버전은 기존의 디지털 기반 도구의 한계를 보완하고, 임상 현장에서 클라이언트와 전문가가 보다 쉽게 활용할 수 있는 실용적 평가도구로서 작업치료의 클라이언트 중심 접근을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Objective: This study aimed to develop a paper-based version of the Korean Aid for Decision-Making in Occupation Choice (K-ADOC), originally designed to reflect Korean sociocultural characteristics. The goal was to enhance the clinical usability of the iPad-based tool by addressing its limitations. Methods: Based on the original K-ADOC, which consists of 8 major domains and 100 sub-items, a two-round Delphi study was conducted with 15 occupational therapy experts who had more than five years of clinical experience. The content validity ratio, convergence, consensus, and importance of each item were evaluated. The final version of the tool was developed through item revision, deletion, and integration. Results: Through the Delphi process, a simplified paper-based version of the K-ADOC was developed, consisting of 4 major domains and 56 sub-items: “Activities Using the Upper Limbs” (11 items), which integrates self-care and getting around; “Domestic Life” (11 items); “Work and Social Activities” (11 items); and “Hobbies and Physical Activities” (23 items). The final structure reflected the clinical needs and cultural characteristics of the Korean context. Conclusion: The paper-based K-ADOC improves accessibility and practicality in clinical settings and is expected to support client-centered occupational therapy more effectively.
