본 연구는 해양 서핑 리조트 방문고객들의 리조트의 물리적 환경에 대한 평가가 만족감, 방문 후 태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하는데, 목적을 두었다. 강원도 지역 4개, 부산 지역 3개의 서핑 리조트 방문고객 중 연구에 동의한 401명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며 이중 불성실 응답으로 확인된 47개를 제외한 364개의 자료를 유효표본으로 사용하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 SPSS 21, AMOS 통계 프로그 램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 회귀분석을 진행 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서핑 리조트 방문고객들의 물리적 환경에 대한 평가가 만족 감에 미치는 효과성을 분석한 결과 서비스 환경, 비용, 시설환경, 접근성 순으로 만족감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 서핑 리조트 방문고객들의 물리적 환경에 대한 평가가 방문 후 태도에 미치는 효 과성을 분석한 결과 시설환경, 서비스 환경, 비용, 접근성 순으로 방문 후 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나 타났다. 셋째, 서핑 리조트 방문고객들의 만족감이 방문 후 태도에 미치는 효과성을 분석한 결과 만족감이 방문 후 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 보고 되었다.

The purpose of this study was to identify how customers’ evaluations of the physical environment of marine surfing resorts influence their satisfaction and post-visit attitudes. Data were collected from 401 visitors to four surfing resorts in Gangwon Province and three in Busan who agreed to participate in the study. After excluding 47 responses due to insincerity, a total of 364 reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, an analysis of the effect of surfing resort visitors’ evaluations of the physical environment on satisfaction revealed that service environment, cost, facility environment, and accessibility influenced satisfaction in that order. Second, an analysis of the effect of visitors’ evaluations of the physical environment on post-visit attitudes showed that facility environment, service environment, cost, and accessibility influenced post-visit attitudes in that order. Third, an analysis of the effect of satisfaction on post-visit attitudes revealed that satisfaction significantly influenced post-visit attitudes.
