현대사회는 개인의 행복을 추구하기 위한 사회구성원들의 권리에 대한 관심이 높아져 어린 아이로부터 노인에 이르기까지 개개인의 권리존중을 위한 다양한 방법을 모색하고 있다. 본 연 구의 목적은 보육교사의 권리존중이 행복감과의 관계에서 긍정심리자본과 회복탄력성의 매개 효과를 검증하여, 보육교사의 행복감을 향상하기 위한 실천적 방안을 마련하는 데 있다. 구조모형을 통해 변인 간 영향 관계를 검증한 결과, 보육교사 권리존중은 긍정심리자본, 회 복탄력성, 행복감에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 보육교사의 권리존중과 행복감 사이에서 긍정심리자본과 회복탄력성은 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 검증되었다. 회귀분석을 통해 연구변인의 하위영역 간 영향 관계를 검증한 결과, 보육교사 권리존중의 근로환경권, 보육과정 운영자율권, 신분보장권은 행복감에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 보 육교사 권리존중의 근로환경권, 보육과정 운영자율권, 신분보장권은 긍정심리자본에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 보육교사 권리존중의 근로환경권, 보육과정 운영자율권, 신분보장권 은 회복탄력성에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 긍정심리자본의 희망, 낙관성은 행복감에 정 (+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 회복탄력성은 심리적 요인, 사회적 능력요인은 행복감에 정(+) 의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

Modern society is increasingly concerned about the rights of all members of society to pursue personal happiness, leading to a growing search for diverse ways to respect the rights of individuals, from children to the elderly. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of positive psychological capital and resilience on the relationship between childcare workers' respect for rights and their well-being, thereby developing practical measures to enhance the well-being of childcare workers. Using a structural model to examine the inter-variable relationships, we found that respect for childcare workers' rights had a significant positive effect on positive psychological capital, resilience, and well-being. Positive psychological capital and resilience were found to mediate the relationship between respect for childcare workers' rights and well-being. As a result of verifying the influence relationship between the sub-areas of the research variables through regression analysis, the right to a working environment, autonomy in childcare process management, and right to job security of respecting the rights of childcare teachers had a significant positive effect on happiness; the right to a working environment, autonomy in childcare process management, and right to job security of respecting the rights of childcare teachers had a significant positive effect on positive psychological capital; and the right to a working environment, autonomy in childcare process management, and right to job security of respecting the rights of childcare teachers had a significant positive effect on resilience. Hope and optimism, which are part of positive psychological capital, had a significant positive effect on happiness, and resilience, a psychological factor, and social competence, a social factor, had a significant positive effect on happiness.
