본 연구는 지역연계 기반 의료 보건 복지 통합 접근에서 예방이 어 떻게 개념화되고 적용되어 왔는지를 문헌을 통해 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2000년부터 2025년까지 국내외 학술지에 게재된 연 구를 대상으로 문헌검색과 선정 기준을 적용하여 연구 동향을 분석하였 다. 분석 결과, 예방은 지역연계 기반 의료 보건 복지 통합 접근의 핵 심 요소로 다루어져 왔으나, 주로 위험 요인 관리와 조기 개입 중심으 로 논의되는 경향이 확인되었다. 예방을 지역사회 자원 연계와 제도적 조정을 포함하는 장기적 전략으로 개념화한 연구는 상대적으로 제한적이었으며, 의료 보건 복지의 역할과 연계 방식 또한 연구 맥락에 따라 상이하게 제시되었다. 특히, 예방을 의료 보건 복지 통합 접근의 부수적 요소가 아닌, 지역 단위에서 조직되는 핵심 원리로 재검토할 필요성을 제기한다. 이를 통해 예방을 생애과정 전반에 걸쳐 작동하는 구조적 전 략으로 이해하고, 지역연계 기반 통합 실천과 정책 설계에 활용할 수 있는 학술적 기초를 제공한다. 본 연구는 최종적으로 선정된 총 28편의 문헌을 대상으로 연구 주제, 연구 대상, 연구 방법 및 주요 연구 내용 을 기준으로 문헌 분석을 실시하였다.

This study aims to examine how prevention has been conceptualized and applied within community-based integrated approaches to medical, health, and welfare services through a review of existing literature. Relevant studies published in domestic and international academic journals between 2000 and 2025 were identified using predefined search strategies and selection criteria, and research trends were analyzed accordingly. Findings indicate that prevention has been consistently addressed as a core component of community-based integrated approaches to medical, health, and welfare services. However, discussions have largely focused on risk factor management and early intervention. Studies that conceptualize prevention as a longterm strategy incorporating community resource linkage and institutional coordination remain relatively limited, while roles and linkage mechanisms among medical, health, and welfare sectors have been presented inconsistently across research contexts. Attention is therefore directed toward reconsidering prevention not as a subsidiary element of integrated approaches, but as a central organizing principle structured at the community level. Such a perspective supports understanding prevention as a structural strategy operating across the life course and provides an academic foundation for developing community-based integrated practice and policy frameworks.
