본 연구는 ADL 지원 로봇 및 스마트 돌봄시스템 연구에서 사용성·사 용자경험 평가 도구의 적용 동향을 체계적으로 분석하고, ADL 과업 특 성과 사용자 집단에 따른 평가 전략의 차이를 규명하고자 한다. 연구방 법은 PRISMA-ScR 지침에 따라 스코핑리뷰를 수행하였으며, 2010년 1 월부터 2025년 12월까지 발표된 문헌으로 최종 24편을 출판연도, ADL 영역, 기술유형, 사용자 집단, 사용성·사용자경험 평가 도구를 중심으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 분석 논문은 최근 5년(2020–2025년)에 집중되어 있었고, 일상생활활동 영역 중 이승·전이와 복합 ADL이 가장 많이 다루 어졌다. 사용성 평가는 SUS(System Usability Scale)를 중심으로 활용 되었으며, 신체적 부담이 높은 과업에서는 작업부하 평가 도구와의 병행 적용 경향이 나타났다. ADL 지원 로봇 및 스마트 돌봄시스템 연구에서 사용성·사용자경험 평가는 과업 특성과 사용자 역할에 따라 차별화되고 있었다. 향후 장기요양 정책, 돌봄기술 실증 사업, 그리고 임상 연구 설계 과정에서 표준화된 사용성·사용자경험 평가 프레임을 구축하기 위 한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This study aims to analyze the application trends of usability and UX evaluation tools in research on ADL support robots and smart care systems, and to identify differences in evaluation strategies based on ADL task characteristics and user groups. A scoping review was conducted in accordance with PRISMA-ScR guidelines. A total of 24 articles published between January 2010 and December 2025 were analyzed based on publication year, ADL domain, technology type, user group, and evaluation tools. The results showed that most studies were published in the last five years (2020–2025), with transfers and complex ADLs being the most frequently addressed domains. Usability was primarily assessed using the System Usability Scale, while workload assessment tools were often applied in parallel for physically demanding tasks. Usability and UX evaluation approaches varied depending on task characteristics and user roles. These findings provide foundational evidence for developing standardized usability and UX evaluation frameworks in long-term care policy, care technology implementation, and clinical research design.
