본 연구는 풍수 경전에서 은유적으로 표현하고 있는 ‘계수즉지’의 개념을 융합과학적 으로 해석하고, 유전상수적으로 실증하기 위하여 수행하였다. 이는 풍수가 첨단 과학 이론 을 배경으로 한 고등학문이었음을 입증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 방법은 연구 대상지를 득수국(안동 하회마을)과 장풍국(아산 외암마을)으로 나누어 풍수 구조의 각 지점들에서 FDR 기법으로 측정 후, 지반의 유전상수를 도출하여 비교 분석하였다. ‘계수즉지’란 지기가 물과 만나게 되면 물 분자가 지닌 강한 영구쌍극자의 배향분극 에 의하여 전기변위장이 생성되어 외부 전기장이 통과하지 못하고 상쇄되므로 멈추어 버린 것과 같다는 것이다. 또, 득수국의 유전율은 장풍국에 비하여 평균적으로 약 2배가 높았고, 양택혈장의 유전율은 음택혈처에 비하여 약 1.33~1.74배 높았으며, 수구처에서는 약 2.8배로 타 지점들에 비하여 가장 높은 상태를 보이고 있었다. 이는 토양의 유전율이 토양내의 함수 비와 r=0.9~0.93의 강한 상관성이 있음을 의미한다. 따라서, “풍수의 법칙은 물의 흐름을 활용하는 것[得水]이 우선이고, 바람을 갈무리하는 것[藏風]이 그 다음이다 [風水之法 得水 爲上 藏風次之]”는 것을 확인하였다. 나아가, 물의 유전상수보다 더 높은 신 고분자물질 유전체를 지중 매입함으로써 생기 응집 효과를 빠르게 기대할 수 있는 ‘풍수 속발 신 조 성법’의 가능성을 제안한다.

This study performed to verify between scientific convergence description and dielectric constant by soil sensor measurement of “Gyesoojeukji(界水則止)” in Fengshui. The aim of this study is to suggest the Fengshui that is the excellent TEK(Traditional ecological knowledge) based on advanced scientific theory. It measured in-situ and evaluated by FDR in the National Folk Villages relatively; Andong Hahoe Folk Village as Deuksooguk[得水局] and Asan Oeam Folk Village as Jangpoongguk[藏風局]. The results were verified as follows: First, the real meaning of “Gyesoojeukji(界水則止)” is high dielectric constant due to its water’s molecular(dipole) dielectric polarization. The interacts with geomagnetic energy and water by magnetohydrodynamics and dielectric polarization. So geomagnetic variations induce by micro-currents in this conductive and high-dielectric medium. Therefore ground energy(EMF/EEF) stays fully by absorbs and stores. It seems as if its stop at the boundary of water. Second, the dielectric constant in Deuksooguk checked approximately double value refer to Jangpoongguk. Consequently the Fengshui theory should be applied to Deuksoo preferentially and Jangpoong secondarily [風水之法得水爲上藏風次之] respectively. Also I suggest the ‘New-Rapid-Manifesting- Tech(NRMT) for Fengshui’ that apply to new polymer as hi-dielectric material instead of water.
