A Study on the Perceptions and Acceptance of Digital Transformation among Seafood Distribution Stakeholders
This study examines the perceptions and acceptance of digital transformation among seafood distribution stakeholders. A survey was conducted to analyze their understanding, utilization, adoption needs, attitudes, and perceived barriers related to digital technologies. The results show that overall awareness and utilization levels remain low, with significant generational differences observed. While respondents generally recognize the necessity of digital transformation, many exhibit passive attitudes toward adoption and lack concrete implementation plans. Major barriers include aging workforce, insufficient technical understanding, and financial burden, whereas expected benefits are mainly related to improvements in work efficiency. The findings suggest that targeted education, financial support, and practical policy measures are required to promote digital transformation in the seafood distribution sector.
