생식용채소의 잔류농약 제거를 위한 효과적인 세척법 KCI 등재

Effective Washing Methods for Removal of Pesticide Residues in Raw-Eaten Vegetables

본 연구에서는 인천 삼산농산물도매시장 및 온라인 마켓에서 유통되는 생식용채소의 세척 후 잔류농약의 제거 율을 확인하기 위해 9품목 190건을 대상으로 분석하였다. 다섯 가지 세척 용액(수돗물, 0.15% 과일 및 채소 세척제, 1% 소금, 1% 식초, 0.5% 베이킹소다)으로 1분 동안 교반 하며 흐르는 물에 1분간 헹군 후 Q uE ChE RS 다성분 시 험법을 이용하여 GC-MS/MS와 LC-MS/MS로 분석하였다. 세척 용액의 평균 제거율은 과일 및 채소 세척제가 76.1±13.6%로 가장 높은 제거율을 보였으나 세척 용액 간 에 유의미한 차이는 없었다(P>0.05). 개별 잔류농약 평균 제거율은 carbendazim, cyclaniliprole, fluazinam 등 14종의 농약이 70% 이상인 반면, clothianidin, cyazofamid, mandipropamid 등 7종의 농약은 60% 미만으로 나타났다. 실제 유통되고 있는 농산물에서 검출된 잔류농약을 대상 으로 제거율을 평가한 측면에서 의의가 크며 소비자뿐만 아니라 농촌진흥청 등 유관기관과 농민들에게 잔류농약 관리의 중요성을 인식시키는 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

In this study, we analyzed 190 samples (nine types) of raw-eaten vegetables collected from the Samsan Agricultural Products Wholesale Market in Incheon and online retailers to evaluate the removal efficiency of pesticide residues after washing. The samples were washed with five washing solutions (tap water, 0.15% fruit and vegetable wash, 1% salt, 1% vinegar, and 0.5% baking soda) by shaking for 1 min, rinsed under running water for 1 min, and analyzed with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) by using the QuEChERS multiresidue method. The mean removal efficiency of the fruit and vegetable wash was the highest (76.1±13.6%), although no significant differences were found among the washing solutions (P>0.05). The mean removal efficiencies of individual pesticide residues showed that 14 compounds had values above 70%, whereas seven compounds had values below 60%. In this study, the efficiency of pesticide residue removal from agricultural products currently in circulation was evaluated under realistic conditions. Our findings may provide basic data to raise awareness of the importance of pesticide-residue management among consumer- relevant organizations such as the Rural Development Administration (RDA) and farmers.
