본 연구의 목적은 고교학점제 도입에 따라 일반계 고등학교 현장에서 실질적으로 적용 가능한 진로 진학상담 모형을 개발하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 분석하여 상담 단계와 내용을 포함한 진로진 학상담 모형 초안을 도출하고, 관련 현장 전문가 및 학계 전문가 19명을 대상으로 총 2회에 걸친 델파 이 조사를 실시하여 모형의 타당도를 검증하였다. 최종적으로 도출된 고교학점제 도입에 따른 일반계 고등학교 진로진학상담 모형은 ‘1.내담자 이해 및 상담 목표 설정’, ‘2. 진로목표 탐색 및 진로경로 설정 지원’, ‘3. 학업 설계 및 과목 이수 지원’, ‘4. 상급학교 진학 및 사회진출 계획과 전략 수립 지원’, ‘5. 실 천 계획 점검 및 추수 상담 지원’의 5단계와 16개 핵심 내용으로 구성되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 진로 진학상담 모형의 학교 현장 적용을 위한 실천적 실행 및 활용 방안을 모색하고, 모형 정교화를 위한 학 술적 제언 및 후속 연구 방향을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a career and academic counseling model that can be practically applied in general high schools following the implementation of the High School Credit System. To achieve this aim, a preliminary counseling model including stages and detailed components was derived through an extensive review of literature and documents. Its content validity was then verified through two rounds of Delphi surveys involving a panel of 19 incumbent teachers and academic experts. The final career and academic counseling model for general high schools in the context of the High School Credit System consists of five stages and 16 core contents: 1. Understanding the client (students) and setting counseling goals; 2. Supporting career goal exploration and career path establishment; 3. Supporting academic path design and course completion; 4. Supporting planning and strategy formulation for higher education and career entry; and 5. Supporting action plan monitoring and follow-up counseling. Based on these results, the study explored practical measures for the stable implementation of the developed model in school settings and discussed academic suggestions and directions for future research to refine the model.
