본 연구는 기존 안전교육의 주요 범주와 외국인 유학생의 생애주기 관 점을 토대로 외국인 유학생 안전교육의 교육영역을 체계화하고, 각 영역 의 교육요소와 구성 방향을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국내외 선행연구, 안전교육 관련 문헌, 국제학생 지원 및 위기 의사소통 관련 문 헌을 대상으로 통합적 문헌검토를 수행하였다. 분석은 기존 안전교육 범 주 검토, 외국인 유학생 안전 요구 및 교육 필요 요소 추출, 분석 기준 적용, 교육영역 및 교육요소 도출의 네 단계로 진행하였다. 분석 기준은 기존 안전교육 범주와의 연계성, 생애주기 적합성, 수행 중심성, 접근성 과 포용성으로 설정하였다. 연구 결과, 외국인 유학생 안전교육의 교육영 역은 생활안전교육, 재난안전교육, 캠퍼스안전교육, 관계·권리 안전교육, 노동·산업안전교육, 디지털 안전교육, 지역사회 안전교육의 일곱 영역으 로 체계화되었다. 각 영역은 안전정보m 이해, 위험 판단, 위기 의사소 통, 도움 요청, 기관 연계라는 공통 수행 요소와 연결된다. 본 연구는 외 국인 유학생 안전교육을 교육영역과 교육요소의 체계로 구조화하고, 생 애주기 기반 교과 및 비교과 교육 설계의 기초 틀을 제시하였다는 점에 서 의의를 가진다.

This study systematizes the educational domains and components of safety education for international students based on existing safety education categories and a life-cycle perspective. An integrative literature review was conducted on domestic and international studies, safety education documents, and literature on international student support and crisis communication. Four criteria were applied: alignment with existing safety education categories, life-cycle appropriateness, performance-centeredness, and accessibility and inclusion. The findings identified seven domains: daily life safety, disaster safety, campus safety, relationship and rights safety, labor and industrial safety, digital safety, and community safety. These domains are linked to common performance elements, including understanding safety information, risk judgment, crisis communication, help-seeking, and institutional linkage. This study provides a foundational framework for life-cycle-based curricular and extracurricular safety education for international students.
