본 연구는 사례관리 사회복지사를 대상으로 슈퍼비전이 감정소진과 사 례관리 전문성에 미치는 영향 및 감정소진의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 연 구방법으로는 SPSS 30.0을 활용하여 기술통계, 상관관계 분석, 다중회 귀분석, 조절효과 검증을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 슈퍼비전은 감정소진을 유의하게 감소시키는 동시에 사례관리 전문성을 유의하게 향상시키는 것 으로 나타났으며, 감정소진은 사례관리 전문성에 부정적 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 슈퍼비전과 사례관리 전문성의 관계에서 감정소진의 조절효과가 유 의하게 확인되어, 슈퍼비전은 감정소진의 부정적 영향을 완충하는 보호 기제로 작용하는 것으로 해석되었다. 이에 따른 결과적 함의로 사례관리 자의 전문성 향상을 위해서 슈퍼비전의 체계적 운영과 감정소진 관리가 함께 이루어져야 함을 제시했다.

This study verified the effect of supervision on emotional exhaustion and case management expertise and the moderating effect of emotional exhaustion for case management social workers. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and moderating effect verification were conducted using SPSS 30.0 as a research method. As a result of the analysis, it was found that supervision significantly reduced emotional exhaustion and significantly improved case management expertise, and emotional exhaustion negatively affected case management expertise. In addition, the moderating effect of emotional exhaustion was significantly confirmed in the relationship between supervision and case management expertise, so it was interpreted that supervision acts as a protective device to buffer the negative effects of emotional exhaustion. As a result, it was suggested that in order to improve the professionalism of case managers, the systematic operation of supervision and emotional exhaustion management should be carried out together.
