본 연구의 목적은 장애노인을 대상으로 우울과 주관적 안녕감의 관계 에서 사회적지지의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 A광역시에 거주하는 65세 이상 장애노인 305명을 대상으로 면접설문조사와 임의표 본모집을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 구조방정식 을 활용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애노인의 우울이 주관 적 안녕감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애노인의 우울과 주관적 안녕감 간의 관계에서 사회적지지의 매개효과가 나타났 다. 이는 장애노인의 우울과 주관적 안녕감의 관련성에 사회적지지의 강 화가 효과적인 매개역할이 될 수 있음을 나타내는 것이다. 이러한 결과 를 바탕으로 장애노인의 사회적지지와 주관적 안녕감을 향상시킬 수 있 는 실천 및 정책방안을 모색하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of social support on the relationship between depression and subjective well-being among older adults with disabilities. Face-to-face interviews were conducted with a randomly selected sample of 305 older adults aged 65 and over with disabilities residing in Metropolitan City A. Structural equation modeling was used to test the mediating effect. The results indicate that depression has a significant effect on subjective well-being among older adults with disabilities. In addition, social support mediates the relationship between depression and subjective well-being. These findings suggest that strengthening social support serves as an effective mediating mechanism in the association between depression and subjective well-being. Based on these results, this study discusses practical and policy implications for enhancing social support and subjective well-being among older adults with disabilities.
