본 연구는 성인 미혼모 자립을 주제로 2010년부터 2025년까지 발표된 국내 문헌을 통해 자립 영향 요인, 자립 과정과 행동 등의 동향을 고찰 하고 미혼모의 자립을 지지할 수 있는 사회복지차원에서의 실천 모델을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선정된 18편의 국내 문헌을 통합적 문헌고찰 절차에 근거하여 분석한 결과, 첫째, 2020년부터 2022년까지, 사회복지학 분야에서 상대적으로 많은 연구가 발표되었다. 둘째, 연구방 법에서는 질적 연구가 대부분을 차지했으며 양적 연구, 혼합 연구가 수 행되었다. 셋째, 연구참여자는 미혼모, 미혼모의 원가족, 미혼모자가족복 지시설 종사자, 관련 기관 실무자가 연구에 참여하였다. 본 연구에 근거 하여 성인 미혼모의 경제적 지원과 양육 돌봄이라는 사회적 지원 방안과 자립 준비행동에 대한 필요성을 제언하였다.

This study focuses on the self-reliance of adult unmarried mother and aims to examine trends such as factors influencing self-reliance, the process of becoming self-reliance and related behaviors through domestic literature published between 2010 and 2025. It also seeks to present a practical model from the perspective of social welfare that can support the self-reliance of unmarried mother. As a result of analyzing the 18 domestic studies selected for this purpose based on the procedures of an integrative literature review, First, from 2020 to 2022 a relatively large number of studies were published in the field of social welfare. Second, qualitative research constituted the majority of research methods with quantitative and mixed-methods studies also conducted. Thirdly, the research participants included unmarried mother, the families of unmarried mother, staff members of welfare facilities for unmarried mother households, and practitioners from related organizations. Based on this study, recommendations were made regarding economic support for adult unmarried mother, social support in terms of childcare and caregiving and the necessity of preparatory actions for self-reliance.
