        등온용량과도분광법(Isothermal Capacitance Transient spectroscopy)을 이용하여 ZnO 바리스터의 포획준위를 결정하였다. 여기서 등온용량과도분광기는 YHP 4192A 임피던스 Analyzer와 데이터해석을 위한 개인용 컴퓨터로 구성된다. 이 실험에서 우리는 ZnO-Bi2O3에 MnO 및 CoO를 첨가한계에서 -40˚C~60˚C 온도범위에서 0.28, 0.48, 0.50, 0.94eV 등의 입계포획준위가 존재함을 볼 수 있었다. 또한, ZnO-Bi2O3계는 CoO를 첨가하면 hole에 의한 emission특성을 나타내고, MnO를 첨가하면 전자에 의한 emission특성을 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 비 직선저항계수 α는 도너농도의 감소에 직접적으로 비례하였으나, 포획준위의 밀도와는 별다른 비례관계를 발견할 수 없었다. 결론적으로 ZnO-Bi2O3-MnO계에 CoO를 첨가함에 따라 α값이 증가하는 한편, 포획준위밀도는 CoO의 첨가로 감소함을 알 수 있었다.

        소와 견에 있어서 Unopette가 정자의 형태학적 검사 및 정자농도의 검사를 위하여 사용될 수 있는가를 알아 보기 위하여본 연구를 수행하였다. 소정액 및 견정액을 Unopette에 희석한 후 3-5에 보존하면서 시간경과에 따라서 위상차현미경하에서 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. Unopette를 사용하여 관찰한 정자는 48시간까지는 hematoxylin-eosin을 사용하여 정자보다는 높은 정상정자율을 나타내넜다. 2. Unopette를 사

        The in-vitro fertilization in human clinic and animal reproduction is a very important technique but the rate of success is still low. When the in-vitro fertilization and culture of gametes or embryos were done under the condition which Hema hydrogel chamber were implanted into the peritoneal cavity of mouse, the in-vitro fertilization and development of embryos could be significantly improved and the cell-block under in-vitro culture could be overcome. Also, the Rema hydrogel chamber was very useful for the protection of isolated blastomeres. It is concluded that the polymerized Hema (pHema) hydrogel chamber may be effectively used in the fields of embryo transfer and in vitro fertilization.

        Hydrogel chambers made from polymerized 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate were used for in chamber fertilization. To determine whether sperm motility was preserved in the Hydrogel chamber, chambers which have rabbit sperm or frozen-thawed bovine sperm were transplanted inside of mouse peritoneal cavity and sperm were observed after recovering the chambers in the due time. As a result, it was determined that preservation of sperm motility was good. To determine whether in chamber fertilization was possible, chambers which have rabbit oocytes and sperm were transplanted inside of mouse peritoneal cavity and eggs were observed after recovering the chambers at 84 hr of preservation. As a result, the fact that fertilization and culture was occurred inside of the chamber was determined.
