농업의 지속가능성을 확보하기 위해서 농업인들의 직업에 대한 만족은 필수조건이다. 본 연구의 목적은 농업인의 직업만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 제시하는데 있다. 분석을 위해 경상북도농업기술원에서 2016년부터 2018년까지 실시한 생산자 패널 농업경영성과와 농촌생활만족도 설문조사 자료를 활용하였다. 분석모형은 자료의 특성을 고려하여 패널 순위 프로빗 모형을 이용하였다. 분석결과 농업인의 직업만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 농업소득, 가격경쟁력, 정책만족도, 영농기술만족도 등으로 나타났다. 농업소득이 높을수록, 가격경쟁력, 정책만족도, 영농기술만족도가 높을 수록 농업인의 직업만족도가 높아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 농업인 직업만족도 제고 방안 수립에 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
In this study, mammography was conducted with Lorad Selenia from HOLOGIC. The phantoms used were Female rando phantom from THE PHANTOM LABORATORY and ACR phantom from GAMMEX RMI. The dosimeters used were the glass dosimeter reader FDG1000 and PLD from CHIYODA TECHNOL. The shielding used to compare and determine the amount of scattered ray in this study were lead shielding gear with a thickness of 0.25mm from INFAB and a customized bismuth shielding with a thickness of 0.2mm(2 layers of 0.1mm). The conditions were 28kVp, 65mAs for CC view and 30kVp, 85mAs for MLO view. The exposure dose by scattered ray were measured from thyroid, breast on the opposite side and gonad (hereafter called critical organs) without any shieldings for the first experiment, then measured four times each with lead shielding for the next experiment, and measured four times each with bismuth shielding for the third experiment. The average dose for each critical organ without shieldings were 135.75μGy, 649.67μGy and 546.25μGy, With lead shielding, the numbers were 0μGy, 63μGy and 1.5μGy, and 6.25μGy, 12.25μGy and 26.5μGy with bismuth shielding. Therefore, the lead and bismuth shielding have reduced 95.364% and 93.550% of exposure dose. Use of shielding s during mammography reduces the exposure dose on critical organs and other organs of the patient, and despite the similar shielding rate, the new shielding using bismuth is useful in shielding thyroid and gonad considering the mobility of the patient, light weight and thickness of the shielding.
Main infrastructures in Korea are maintained according to the result from periodical in-depth inspection. The process is based on the ‘Special Act on the Safety Control of Public Structures’ and accompanied specific guide. The Act has mainly focused on the physical condition and safety of structures up to now. Recently we are faced with the threats coming from aging of structures and climate change. These interior/exterior changes are strong challenges to maintain expected performance of structures. What is more, convenience for people and functionality are came to the fore as important indices. In these circumstances, the government of the Republic of Korea is preparing for a paradigm shift to performance-based maintenance system which can evaluate integral condition of structures with regard to the various performances. In this study, performance indices, detailed inspection items and following inspection techniques are defined. The grade assigning method using the results from inspection and integral evaluation procedure are suggested. This can be used for establishing a improved and long-term maintenance strategy toward an appropriate goal considering various performance characteristics.
