This study is a descriptive survey research conducted to confirm the effects of work values and career adaptability on job preparation behavior in Graduation year nursing students. The subjects are 4th grade students who are attending two university nursing departments in city G and N, and data were collected from September to October 2023. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation analysis and controlled regression analysis. The research results are as follows. Intrinsic values (β=-.127, p=.122) had not statistically a significant effect on job preparation behavior. Extrinsic values (β=.168, p<.001) and career adaptability (β=.415, p<.001) had statistically a significant positive effect on job preparation behavior. The variables predicting the job preparation behavior of nursing students were identified in the order of career adaptability and extrinsic values. The study model accounted for 35.5% of job preparation behavior. It suggests that strategies are needed to enhance the extrinsic values and career adaptability in order to promote job preparation behavior in nursing students. However, considering the nature of nursing and the sense of calling of nurses who perform nursing, we should not overlook the fact that the intrinsic values of nursing itself is also an important aspect that nursing students preparing to become future nurses must cultivate.
본 연구는 간호대학생의 진로적응력을 증진하기 위한 고려로 낙관성과 진로적응력 간 관계에서 학습몰입의 매개 효과를 파악하고자 수행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 G시와 M시의 4년제 대학 간호학과에 재학 중인 학생이며, 자료는 2023년 4월부터 5월까지 수집하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 기술적 통 계, Pearson 상관계수, Baron과 Kenny의 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 낙관성은 학습몰입에 정 적인 영향을 나타냈다. 둘째, 낙관성은 진로적응력에 정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 셋째, 학습몰입은 낙관성과 진로적응력 사이에서 부분 매개효과를 나타냈다. 이로써 간호대학생의 진로적응력을 증진하기 위해서는 낙 관성과 학습몰입을 촉진하기 위한 전략들이 간호교육현장에서 필요함을 알 수 있다.
This work presents fuel-optimal altitude maintenance of Low-Earth-Orbit (LEO) spacecrafts experiencing non-negligible air drag and J2 perturbation. A pseudospectral (direct) method is first applied to roughly estimate an optimal fuel consumption strategy, which is employed as an initial guess to precisely determine itself. Based on the physical specifications of KOrea Multi-Purpose SATellite-2 (KOMPSAT-2), a Korean artificial satellite, numerical simulations show that a satellite ascends with full thrust at the early stage of the maneuver period and then descends with null thrust. While the thrust profile is presumably bang-off, it is difficult to precisely determine the switching time by using a pseudospectral method only. This is expected, since the optimal switching epoch does not coincide with one of the collocation points prescribed by the pseudospectral method, in general. As an attempt to precisely determine the switching time and the associated optimal thrust history, a shooting (indirect) method is then employed with the initial guess being obtained through the pseudospectral method. This hybrid process allows the determination of the optimal fuel consumption for LEO spacecrafts and their thrust profiles efficiently and precisely.
