In this study, in order to comprehend performance of corrosion inhibitor, the experiment study was conducted about corrosion characteristic of 3 steps(0.0, norm 1/2, norm) compared to organic corrosion inhibitor standard use of liquid and molar 3 steps(0.0, 0.3, 0.6%) of Chloride by added amount of inorganic corrosion inhibitor by the corrosion inhibitor types about 2.4kg/m3, 4.8kg/m3 based on Chloride ion content 1.2kg/m3 for service life prediction of concrete structure by using Poteniostat.

This study elucidates the COD removal of dye (Rhodamine B) through electrochemical reaction. Effects of current density (7.2 to 43.3 mA/cm2), electrolyte type (NaCl, KCl, Na2SO4, HCl), electrolyte concentration (0.5 to 2.0 g/L), air flow rate (0 to 4 L/min) and pH (3 to 11) on the COD removal of Rhodamine B were investigated. The observed results showed that the increase of pH decrease the COD removal efficiency. Whereas, the increase of current density, NaCl concentration and air flow rate caused the increase of the COD removal of Rhodamine B.

The aim of this research was to apply experimental design methodology in the optimization condition of electrochemical oxidation of Rhodamine B(RhB). The reactions of electrochemical oxidation were mathematically described as a function of parameters amounts of current, NaCl dosage, pH and time being modeled by the use of the central composite design, which was used for fitting quadratic response surface model. The application of response surface methodology using central composite design(CCD) technique yielded the following regression equation, which is an empirical relationship between the removal efficiency of RhB and test variable in actual variables: RhB removal (%) = 3.977 + 23.279․Current + 49.124․NaCl - 5.539․pH - 8.863 ․time - 22.710․Current․NaCl + 5.409․Current․time + 2.390․NaCl․time + 1.061․pH․time - 0.570․time2. The model predicted also agree with the experimentally observed result(R2 = 91.9%).
