This study identified the effects of level of score and sex on the middle school students' worry factor in physical education The subjects were 316(male 148, female 168) in the 2nd grade in middle school. But a total of 196 students responded to 5 Likert type question on physical education worry source questionnaire measurement(PCWSQM). The data analyses were used to 2(level of score)×2(sex) independent ANOVA.. Results indicated that First, students with high score had low in worry factor than those with low score. and Significant main effects were found for worry score(all around parts) occluded one variable(worry about sports style). Second, the worry factors of male student had high than those of female. and significant main effects were found in worry about sports style, class atmosphere, sports skill and trouble in class. Third, in high level of score, the worry of female had a high than that of male, whereas in low level of score, the worry of male had a high than that of female. This results were discussed in terms of the appraisal criterion of physical education test as a important variable determined physical education score. These results could be useful to the design of student-oriented physical education classes and the plan of effective teaching strategies.
