The warehouse is close to facility of life because the type and function of warehouse have been variety. So we make good use of warehouse. However, many troubles have occurred warehouse service because of lack of service standard. Then the customer's lose has increasing cause by service capacity lack of an enterpriser. It is necessary that considering a counter plan for this problem. In this study, we develop warehouse service standard, so that customers lose has decreasing.
