본 연구는 의료분야에서 정확한 환자 확인(patient identification)을 위한 의료생체인식기술(medical biometrics)을 소개하고 자 한다. 첫째, 생체인식기술(biometrics)에 대한 정의, 분류 및 종류와 같은 기본 정보다. 둘째, 생체신호 (biological signal)와 의료영상(medical imaging)을 활용한 의료생체인식기술의 종류와 최근 연구에 관한 정보를 기술했 다. 마지막으로 의료 환경에서 적용되는 생체인식기술의 종류와 사례와 함께 의료 환경의 현주소를 언급했다. 환자확인이 라는 궁극적인 목적을 가진 의료생체인식기술은 의료 현장에 점진적으로 도입되리라 생각한다. 본 연구는 본 연구가 정확 한 환자확인을 위한 의료생체인식기술을 이해하고 연구방향에 도움이 되는 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 생체지문 인식장치의 전략적 상품기획 프로세스를 통하여 표준화된 신상품 기획안을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 사업전략과 목표시장을 설정한 후 1차 설문결과, 고객 요구준건을 , 2차의 설문조사 응답 결과를 바탕으로 기획품질을 결정하며, 이것의 만족도 정도를 Sales point로 삼았다. 상관 매트릭스를 이용하여 요구품질과 기술적 요소의 대응 정도를 살펴 본 후, 개발 제품 현재의 품질 특성치를 파악하기 위해 경쟁업체의 제품을 기준으로 벤치마킹 테스트를 실시하여 첫째, 세대별 상품전략 둘째, 세대별 요소기술 map. 셋째, 세대별 상품 컨셉. 넷째, 세대별 개발계획의 4개 파트의 다세대 상품기획을 수립하였다.

뇌파 및 심전도 생체신호를 복합적으로 이용한 감정인식을 통한 실시간 사용자 인터페이스를 제안한다. 기존에 뇌파를 통한 감정인식의 문제점이었던 낮은 정확도를 개선하기 위해 뇌파의 Theta, Alpha, Beta, Gamma의 상대파워 값과 심전도의 자율신경계 비율을 혼합하는 복합 생체 신호 감정 인식 시스템을 개발했다. 기쁨, 공포, 슬픔, 즐거움, 화남, 혐오에 해당하는 6가지 감 정을 인식하기 위해 사용자별 확률 값을 저장하는 데이터 맵을 생성하고, 채널에 대응하는 감 정 인식의 정확도를 향상시키기 위해 가중치를 갱신하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 또한 뇌파로 구 성된 단일 데이터와 뇌파/심전도 생체신호 복합 데이터의 실험 결과를 비교한 결과 23.77%의 정확도 증가를 보였다. 제안된 인터페이스 시스템은 높은 정확도를 통해 게임 및 스마트 공간 의 제어에 필요한 인터페이스로 기기에 활용이 가능할 것이다.
