        This study investigates how different types of corporate crises and issue congruence interplay in determining the effects of a previous corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative on the company faced with a crisis. The findings suggest that a prior CSR initiative can more effectively protect a company’s reputation when the company has a competence-related crisis than a morality-related crisis. In addition, when the social cause of the CSR initiative is congruent with the issue of the negative event, consumers will respond more negatively than when there is no issue congruence between CSR and the negative event. Moreover, there is an interaction effect between issue congruence and the type of crises. That is, when a firm has a moral crisis that is associated with the social cause supported in a previous CSR initiative, consumers perceive the firm’s CSR initiative to have been more insincere and selfish than if the firm were facing a competence-related crisis.

        The study on semiconductor industrial accident in korea has been focused on frequencies of each type, employee, characteristics, cause and un-safety condition, behaviour and so on. Those attributes of semiconductor industrial accidents were usually analyzed independently, so that it was hard to provides a well-process and systematic guide lines for efficient safety management. There fore, there were a few studies based on comprehensive survey in terms of sharp-type of safe management. The questionnaire survey carried out for the workers(284) who were responsible for safety management in to center with corporate company with semiconductor industry the factor analysis showed that there were three factor of safety management. They were 1) Investment and operation and management for accident prevention, 2) Unsafe, safety management 3) General human error and behavior the industries of respondents were correlative with three group. Three Groups showed a statistically significant differences on the number of cases. Actually, the group with the larger investment and the better unsafe cause, human error a of accident prevention had a smaller cause of accident cases.

        Purpose - The total amount of advanced Corporate Pension Insurance products exceed 148 trillion Korean Won at the end of 2016. For a firm with over 300 employees, when a bill on compulsion of introduction of Corporate Pension Insurance products, currently pending in court, is passed, Corporate Pension shall be an essential. The findings of the paper will provide a guideline for understanding on firm's attributes and its effects towards introduction of Corporate Pension Insurance products. Research design, data, and methodology – The data were collected using statistics of employer panel survey from Korea Labour Institute in 2013. The study analyses a sample survey on 1,775 outstanding enterprises and their HR department among whole corporations in Korea. For analysis of data, empirical testing by Logistic Regression was utilized. Results – As an outcome of empirical testing, variables on share of regular employees and the aged employees in over 50's generates a significant statistical meaning. It eventually gives a great impact on purchase of Corporate Pension scheme. Moreover, variables on corporate financial statement, current sales, current net income, total amount of the debts, labor cost per person also has a vital influence on introduction of Corporate Pension Insurance products. Lastly, variables on firm's labor relationship have no effect except for the execution or non-execution of HR consulting. Meanwhile, Variables affecting a choice on pension schemes types among firm's attributes are a share of regular employees, current net income, execution or non-execution of HR consulting etc. These variables represents a statistical implication. According to their each features, they prefer DB or DC plan. Conclusions – Introduction of corporate pension scheme is apposite to contemporary Korea's situation entering a hyper-aging society and firms with a high share of regular employees, the weight of aging, current sales, current net income and labor cost per person are exceedingly active in purchasing Corporate Pension Insurance products. However, after the introduction of corporate pension scheme, firms which has an implementation of consultation on human resource management, flexible benefits plan, job security and welfare system prefer DC plan whereas from financial perspective firms with high net income prefer DB plan.

        최근 물류를 가장 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 물류관리의 한 형태로 제3자 물류가 가장 유용한 수단으로 관심을 받고 있다. 그러나 물류의 이러한 추세 속에서도 물류를 아웃소싱하지 않고 자사가 직접 물류활동을 수행하면서, 그에 못지않게 경쟁력을 확보하면서 물류를 수행하는 기업도 적지 않다. 이를 상황적합이론 관점에서 보면, 기업이 처한 물류 환경 및 특성에 따라 적합한 물류관리 유형은 달라지게 되며, 이러한 적합관계에 따라 물류성과도 달라지게 된다. 본 연구는 이러한 맥락에서 기업의 물류특성과 물류관리유형 간의 적합관계와 이들의 적합관계에 따른 물류성과의 차이를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과 물류업무의 중요성과 물류업무 비중 및 수출비중이 높을수록 제3자 물류가 적합관계를 이루며, 물류비 비중이 높을수록 자사물류가 적합관계를 이루는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 기업의 물류특성과 물류관리 유형간의 적합관계를 이루는 기업이 그렇지 않은 기업보다 물류비용 절감효과와 물류운영 효율성이 높은 것으로 나타났다.
