NiAl based ODS (Oxide Dispersion Strengthened) intermetallic alloys have been produced by mechanical alloying (MA) process and consolidated by hot extrusion. Subsequent thermomechanical treatments have been applied to induce secondary recrystallization in an attempt to improve creep resistance in this material. The creep behavior of secondary recrystallized MA NiAl has been investigated and compared with those of as-extruded condition. Minimum creep rate were shown to be approximately two orders of magnitude lower than that in as-extruded condition. The improvement in creep resistance is believed due to the grain coarsening, restricting of dispersoid coarsening as well as increase in grain aspect ratio. Creep threshold stress behavior, below which no measurable creep rate can be detected, has been discussed on the basis of particle-dislocation interaction theory. The threshold stress becomes negligible after secondary recrystallization in MA NiAl, presumably due to dispersoid coarsening and a decrease in grain boundary area during secondary recrystallization.

본 연구에서는 중등교사의 성인 불안정 애착, 대인관계 스트레스, 사회적 지지, 심리적 소진의 관계를 알아보고, 성인 불안정 애착과 심리적 소진 간의 관계에서 대인관계 스트레스의 매개효과와 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 내 중학교에 근무하는 8개교의 교사 279명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중등교사의 성인 불안정 애착, 심리적 소진, 대인관계 스트레스, 사회적 지지와의 상관분석을 실시한 결과, 이들 변인 간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성인 불안정 애착이 강할수록 심리적 소진이 많이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대인관계 스트레스가 성인 불안정 애착과 소진의 관계를 부분적으로 매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 사회적 지지가 성인 불안정 애착과 심리적 소진의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 성인 불안정 애착과 사회적 지지가 상호작용을 하여 심리적 소진에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper attempts to review the validity of metrical evidence for secondary stress in OE (Old English). Initiated by Huguenin (1901), the tradition of reconstructing secondary stress on the basis of meter builds on the isomorphy between language and meter. Even though the prosodic reconstruction from meter has proven to be fairly useful, there are certain properties to be carefully considered in order to argue for the existence of secondary stress in OE. It is argued that verse types, not alliteration, cannot be a reliable source for the reconstruction of secondary stress. Due to the differences with regard to fundamental assumptions on OE meter, the predictions on the placement of secondary stress are not consistent. In addition, most OE metrical systems are not free of inherent circularity between verse types and secondary stress. It is also demonstrated that given the distinct nature of stress assignment, secondary stress in compounds should be distinguished from that in noncompound words. Moreover OE secondary stress cannot be claimed to exist without the precise definition between compounds and noncompound words being properly reflected in the reconstruction process.
