Remarkably improvements have occurred recently in the maintenance management of physical assets and productive systems, so that less wastages of energy and resources occur. The technology of maintenance is about finding and applying cost-effective ways of avoiding or overcoming performance deterioration. Maintenance is thus a vital support function in business, especially as increasingly large investments are being required in physical assets. TPM(Total Productive Maintenance) focuses on optimizing planning scheduling. Availability, performance and quality rate are other factors that affect productivity. Especially there are some losses that affect the overall equipment effectiveness(OEE). These losses lead to low values of OEE, which provides an indication of how effective the production precess is. This study explores the ways in which Korean small and medium manufacturing industries can improve OEE.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions of radiation safety supervision in animal clinics using quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) of diagnostic X-ray units. The surveys for QA/QC, equipment condition, and safety supervision were carried out in 18 animal clinics randomly. The QA/QC included reproducibility of dose exposure, kVp, mAs, collimator accuracy test, collimator luminance test, X-ray view box luminance test, grounding system equipment test and external leakage current test. As a result, 44.44% of reproducibility of dose exposure was proper, 81. 25% of kVp test was good, and 100% of mAs test was appropriate. Also, 66.66% of collimator accuracy test was proper, 61.11% of collimator luminance test was good, 53.13% of X-ray view box luminance test was suitable. In addition, only 5.55% of grounding system equipment and ground resistance was proper, 63.64% of external leakage current test was appropriate in grounding system equipment test.

야간 조명은 건강과 복지에 대한 인간의 욕구를 야간시간의 활용을 통하여 충족시킬 수 있도록 도와주고 있다. 또한 조명은 경관의 활성화와 미적 공간 창출의 유용한 도구로 이용되고 있어 근린공원에서의 조명은 주간과 다른 분위기를 제공하여 이용자들의 만족도를 높여주고 있다. 하지만 위험 요인을 가지고 있는 공원에서는 심미적 효과뿐만 아니라 이용자들의 보행 안전을 위한 야간 조명설계의 중요성이 강조된다. 본 연구는 야간 근린공원 이용자들의 보행 안전을 고려한 조명설계를 위하여 시뮬레이션 접근법을 이용하여 대안 조명품질을 비교한다. 기존에 설치된 조명기구와 타 조명기구를 시뮬레이션으로 비교함으로써 조명설계시 시뮬레이션 접근법의 유용성을 제안한다.

The victims of fire are increasing steadily. Fires have been occurred by arson, spontaneous combustion and various causes. As a result of that, the damages of fire got out of hand. Especially, the fires of flammable liquids are can be spreaded easily because of high calorific value and fire loads. These rapid fire spread cause the huge losses of both life and property and the malfunction of extinguishing systems. In these studies, we examined the spread pattern of surface fire on the water surface by the reappearance experiment.

Wood-PP composite materials were prepared by Taguchi robust design method with L9 orthogonal array to optimize experimental conditions. Tensile strength of the composite materials was considered as the main properties. Amount of wood powder and modifier of resin were chosen as significant parameters. As the result of Taguchi analysis in this study, the amount of wood powder was the most influencing parameter on the increase of tensile strength. The optimal conditions were determined and these results were good agreement with data analyzed by Taguchi robust design method.

본 연구는 음식물처리기 제품품질을 구성하는 차원 및 속성을 VOC(voice of customer)분석을 통해서 도출하고 소비자의 특성에 따라 음식물 처리기 제품품질 속성의 중요도 차이에 대한 분석과 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 품질속성에 대하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 소비자의 특성에 따라 음식물 처리기 제품품질 속성의 중요도의 차이와 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 품질속성을 도출하였으며, 본 연구 결과는 향후 음식물 처리기 제품개발에 고객의 니즈를 반영하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

이 논문은 최근 들어 국민들의 행복감(happiness)이 어떻게 변화되어 왔는지에 초점을 두고 있다. 최근 연구논문들을 살펴보면, 미국과 영국의 경우 경기침체 등의 영향으로 국민들이 체감하는 행복감 수준이 정체내지는 줄어든 것으로 보고 되고 있다. 미국의 경우 1970년대 이래 최근 들어 여성들이 느끼는 행복감은 가장 큰 폭의 감소세를 보이고 있는 것으로 조사되고 있다. 이러한 행복감 상실의 가장 큰 주된 요인은 경기침체 등에 따른 실업률(unemployment)과 이혼 등에 따른 것으로 알려지고 있다.

본 논문은 QFD(Quality Function Development)기법을 활용하여 소비자의 요구사항을 반영한 음식물 처리기의 핵심 품질 요소를 도출하는데 목적을 두었다. 일반 소비자와 관련업계 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사와 FGI를 실시하여 VOC(voice of customer)를 도출하였고, 전문가 그룹을 통해 EC를 도출하여 VOC와 EC(Engineering Characteristic)간의 상관관계를 도표화 하여 HOQ(House Of Quality)를 작성하였다. HOQ 차트를 통해 분쇄건조식 음식물 처리기에 있어 우선시 되는 것은 음식물 분쇄기능, 건조기능 외에 냄새 배출기능, 외관 색상 등의 요소가 중요한 품질요인이라는 결과을 도출하였다. 부품별 요인으로는 분쇄 탈수와 관련 된 모터와 냄새 제거와 관련한 팬모터가 가장 핵심 부품으로 고려되어야 한다는 결과를 도출하였다.

In order to find out the customer requirements and to develop new products more effectively, the Kano model and QFD(Quality Function Deployment), AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) developed and applied. But, Many companies difficult to select the CTQ(Critical to Quality) of new product. Especially the life cycle of Digital Camera is very short. 현재까지 USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network)이라 통칭되어지는 센서망은 불특정 공간에 배포된 무선방식의 센서노드를 통해 유선방식의 센서 인프라를 대체하려는 기술 지향적 및 공급자중심의 구성을 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 기존의 공급자 위주의 기술지향적인 제한적 구성에서 벗어나, u-City에서 제공하고자 하는 서비스들의 목적과 서비스 대상의 요구사항분석을 기반으로 성능, 품질, 비용 등을 고려하도록 다양한 기술들을 융 복합하여 서비스를 제공하는 하이브리드 센서망의 제안을 위한 선행 연구 결과이다. 우선, 센서망과 u-City 서비스와의 관계에 대해 서술한 후, 기존 센서망에 대한 조사, 분석 결과 및 문제점, 그리고 선진국에서의 하이브리드 센서망 적용 사례와 시사점에 대해 논의하도록 한다.

Door to door service is a typical method for individual parcel deliveries. In the current delivery information system, a delivery person manually input the information of many delivery results, which causes inefficiency and difficulties of tracking deliveries. This study suggests an enhanced delivery information system which has the following two characteristics. Firstly, a tagged RFID transmits the delivery result information to the main server by just collecting RFID at a place of destination. Secondly, with the characteristics of rewritable method, the collected RFID is to be input new information and tagged to other parcels.
