        농촌지역에서는 농업활동의 영향에 의한 질산성질소 오염이 천부지하수를 생활용수나 먹는물로 사용하는데 큰 장애요인이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 충남 예산군 효교리 농업지역의 천부지하수의 수질특성을 토지용도 및 토양층의 화학성분과 연계하여 고찰하였다. 지하수의 NO3-N 평균 농도는 생활용수와 농업용수 수질 기준을 초과하며, 이는 비료, 축산폐수, 생활하수 등의 인위적인 오염원으로부터 유래하는 것으로 판단된다. 연구지역 지하수 수질형은 주로 Ca(Na)-Cl형에 속하는 것으로 나타나며, 일반적인 천부지하수의 수질형인 Ca-HCO3형과는 다르다. 논 및 기타(상류, 목장, 주거) 지역과 밭 지역으로 구분하여 지하수의 NO3-N 농도를 비교한 결과, 밭 지역의 NO3-N의 평균 농도는 22.8 mg L−1이고, 논 및 기타 지역의 NO3-N 평균 농도는 7.7 mg L−1로서 밭 지역의 NO3-N의 평균 농도가 높게 나타난다. 이는 논지역이 낮은 투수성을 가지고, 밭지역은 높은 투수성을 가지기 때문이다. Mann-Kendall 검정과 Sen 검정에 의한 경향성 분석 에 의하면, NO3-N 농도는 매년 0.011 mg/L 정도로 매우 약한 감소 추세를 보여주고 있으며, 이는 현재 지하수내 NO3-N 농도가 거의 평형상태에 있음을 지시한다. 한편 SO4 2− 농도는 매년 −15.48% 씩 감소하며, HCO3 − 농도는 매년 −13.75% 씩 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 입도분석에 의한 수리전도도는 지표하 5 m까지의 심도에서 평균 1.86×10−5 cm s−1을 보이며, 모래층에서는 1.03×10−4 cm s−1을 그리고 실트층에서는 2.50×10−8 cm s−1을 보인다.

        국산밀 재배시 가축분뇨 액비를 시용하여 생육에 미치는 영향과 사료가치를 분석하여 우리밀 생산물의 소비다양화 가능성을 알아보기 위하여 본 실험을 수행하였다. 용도별 우리밀을 선발하고 청보리로 사용되고 있는 영양보리를 대조구로 파종하여 생육 및 사료가치를 조사하였다. 각 작물별 파종 15일후 유묘출현율은 액비 처리구 화학비료 및 무처리구에 비해 2.4배 높았다. 또한 시험작물 모두 초장이 액비시용구에서 약 2배 이상 증가하였다. 월동 후 최고분얼기에는 밀이 영양보리에 비해 초장은 0.7∼1.8cm 작았으나 분얼수는 1.5∼2개가 많았다. 생체중의 경우 액비처리구에서 시험에 사용된 모든 밀이 영양보리에 비해 1.01∼1.11배 높았고 연백밀이 5,102kg 10a-1로 가장 많았다. 사료가치중 단백질 함량은 액비처리로 보리와 모든 밀 품종에서 유의성있게 증가하였고 조경밀이 9.19 %로 가장 높았다. NDF와 ADF 모두 청보리와 대등하거나 높았다. TDN은 금강밀이 69.86∼72.11 %로 가장 높았고 고소밀이 64.61∼66.07 %로 가장 낮았다. 시험전후 토양 특성은 가축분뇨 액비처리를 하였을 때 EC, 유기물, 유효인산 및 치환성 양이 함량이 증가하여 화학비료와 대등한 결과를 얻었다. 이상의 결과로 국산밀을 재배할 때 가축분뇨액비를 적절히 활용할 경우 재배단가를 낮추고 곡물밀의 공급이 과잉일 경우 사료용으로 공급하여 국산밀의 소비안정성에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        This study was carried out to investigate the growth inhibition of Propionibacterium acnes by mycelial culture broth of Paecilomyces japonica in the Mulberry leaf extract. The results are as following. The growth inhibition effect of P. japonica mycelial culture broth against P. acnes in various concentration of Mulberry leaf extract was the most effective in 3% Mulberry leaf extract. The inhibition effect of P. japonica mycelial culture broth against P. acnes in Mulberry leaf extract according to the culture time was the moust effective for 25 days cultivation. As the treating volume of the mycelial culture broth was increased, the growth inhibition effect against P. acnes was increased as well. The growth inhibition effect of mycelial culture broth against P. acnes according to the time of heat treatment was active by 45min at 100℃, while it was inactive at more than 60min. Taken together P. japonica mycelial culture in the Mulbarry leaf extract has a possibility to be an element of skincare cosmetics regulating the acnes. This means that the enzyme may be used for health-care such as thrombosis without any hamful behavour in the blood vessel.

        “Sooan”, a winter wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) cultivar was developed by the National Institute of Crop Science, RDA. It was derived from the cross “Keumkang/Eunpa//Keumkang” during 1997. “Sooan” was evaluated as “Iksan319” in advance yield trial test in 2006. It was tested in the regional yield trial test between 2007 and 2009. “Sooan” is an awned, semi-dwarf and hard winter wheat, similar to “Keumkang” (check cultivar). The heading and maturing date of “Sooan” were similar to “Keumkang”. “Sooan” had similar test weight (817 g/L) and lower 1,000-grain weigh (43.7g) than “Keumkang” (817 g/L and 46.2g, respectively). “Sooan” showed resistance to winter hardiness and pre-harvest sprouting, which lower withering rate on the low ridge (0.2%) and rate of pre-harvest sprouting (0.2%) than “Keumkang” (9.2 and 25.8%, respectively). “Sooan” showed lower protein content (12.7%), SDS-sedimentation volume (42.0ml) and gluten content (10.5%) than “Keumkang” (13.1%, 57.8ml and 10.8%, respectively). It showed higher lightness (90.08) and lower redness (-1.11) and yellowness (8.80) in flour color than “Keumkang” (89.81, -1.15 and 9.46, respectively). “Sooan” showed higher lightness (81.34) of noodle dough sheet than “Keumkang” (80.28). “Sooan” exhibited lower hardness (3.84N) and similar springiness and cohesiveness of cooked noodles (0.91 and 0.65) compared to “Keumkang” (4.54N, 0.93, and 0.63, respectively). Average yield of “Sooan” in the regional adaptation yield trial test was 5.94 MT/ha in upland and 5.63 MT/ha in paddy field, which was 3% and 8% higher than those of “Keumkang” (579 MT/ha and 520 MT/ha, respectively).

        “Joongmo2003”, a winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivar was developed by the National Institute of Crop Science, RDA. It was derived from the cross “SW86054/Keumkang” during 1997. “Joongmo2003” was evaluated as “Iksan318” in advance yield trial test in 2006. It was tested in the regional yield trial test between 2007 and 2009. Its heading date was April 24 in upland and April 21 in paddy filed conditions, which were two days earlier than those of the check cultivar Keumkang, respectively, and Maturing date was June 4 in upland and June 2 in paddy field, one or two days earlier than those of Keumkang, respectively. “Joongmo2003” showed resistance to winter hardiness and pre-harvest sprouting, which lower withering rate on the low ridge (0.3%) and rate of pre-harvest sprouting (18.5%) than “Keumkang” (9.2 and 25.8%, respectively).“Joongmo2003” showed similar protein content (13.2%), lower SDS-sedimentation volume (54.0ml) and higher gluten content (11.7%) than “Keumkang” (13.1%, 57.8ml and 10.8%, respectively). It showed higher lightness (89.85) of flour and noodle dough sheet than “Keumkang” (89.81 and 80.28, respectively). “Joongmo2003” exhibited similar hardness (3.84), springiness and cohesiveness of cooked noodles (0.92 and 0.63) compared to “Keumkang” (4.54N, 0.93, and 0.63, respectively). The average grain yield in the regional yield trial was 5.55MT/ha in upland and 4.85 MT/ha in paddy field, which were 4% and 7% lower than those of the check cultivar, Keumkang, respectively.

It was derived from the cross “Bacanora88/Keumkang//Keumkang” during 1996. “Joongmo2004” was evaluated as “Iksan320” in advance yield trial test in 2006. It was tested in the regional yield trial test between 2007 and 2009. Its heading date was April 26 in upland and April 23 in paddy filed conditions, and Maturing date was June 5 in upland and June 4 in paddy field, which were similar to Keumkang, respectively. It showed 830 in number of spikes per m2, 35 of grain number per spike, 44.9g of 1,000 grain weight, and 806g of test weight. “Joongmo2004” showed moderate to Fusarium head blight (Scab) in test of specific character although “Keumkang” is susceptible to scab. “Joongmo2004” had higher flour yield (75.5%) than “Keumkang” (72.5% and 0.42%, respectively). “Joongmo2004” showed similar ash (0.42%), lower protein content (12.3%), SDS-sedimentation volume (43.0ml) and gluten content (10.3%) than “Keumkang” (0.42%, 13.1%, 57.8ml and 10.8%, respectively). It showed higher lightness (89.97), redness (-1.38) and yellowness (10.76) in flour color than “Keumkang” (89.61, -1.15 and 9.46, respectively). “Joongmo2004” exhibited lower hardness (3.50N), similar springiness and higher cohesiveness of cooked noodles (0.92 and 0.65) compared to “Keumkang” (4.54N, 0.93, and 0.63, respectively). The average grain yield in the regional yield trial was 5.17MT/ha in upland and 5.34 MT/ha in paddy field, which were lower 11% and higher 3% than those of the check cultivar, Keumkang, respectively.

It was derived from the cross “Sinmichal/Keumkang” during 2006. “Joongmo2012” was evaluated as “Iksan357” in advance yield trial test in 2010. It was tested in the regional yield trial test between 2011 and 2013. Its heading date was May 2 in upland and May 1 in paddy filed conditions, and Maturing date was June 8 in upland and June 8 in paddy field, which were similar to Keumkang, respectively. It showed 628 in number of spikes per m2, 34 of grain number per spike, 47.6g of 1,000 grain weight, and 762g of test weight. “Joongmo2012” showed susceptible to Fusarium head blight (Scab) in test of specific character although “Keumkang” is susceptible to scab. “Joongmo2012” had lower flour yield (68.4%) than “Keumkang” (73.5%, respectively). “Joongmo2012” showed similar ash (0.40%), lower protein content (11.7%), SDSsedimentation volume (39.8ml) and gluten content (8.1%) than “Keumkang” (0.41%, 12.7%, 55.8ml and 9.2%, respectively). It showed higher lightness (92.70) in flour color than “Keumkang” (91.51, respectively). “Joongmo2012” exhibited lower hardness (3.19N), similar springiness and higher cohesiveness of cooked noodles (0.90 and 0.66) compared to “Keumkang” (4.21N, 0.90, and 0.62, respectively). The average grain yield in the regional yield trial was 5.48MT/ha in upland and 4.47 MT/ha in paddy field, which were higher 5% and similar than those of the check cultivar, Keumkang, respectively

        새로운 참깨품종 ‘밀성’을 농촌진흥청 작물시험장 영남 시험장에서 2007년에 개발하였다. 교배조합은 이리4호와 ‘수원131호’로 고품질, 다수성, 내병성을 목적으로 하였다. ‘밀성’은 계통육종법을 이용하여 생산력검정시험, 지역적응성 검정시험을 거쳐 개발되었다. ‘밀성’은 소분지이고 3과성, 2실 4방의 꼬투리를 가지고 있다. 그리고 ‘밀성’의 개화기는 7월 1일로 표준품종인 ‘양백’보다 2일 빨랐다. 또한 성숙기는 8월20일로 ‘양백’과 같았다. ‘밀성’의 경장은 129 cm로 ‘양백’과비슷했다. 하지만 ‘밀성’은 ‘양백’보다 많은 27개의 착삭절을가지고 있어 밀삭형이다. ‘밀성’의 천립중은 2.79 g으로 ‘양백’보다 컸다. ‘밀성’의 역병저항성 및 도복저항성은 ‘양백’과비슷했고 ‘밀성’의 수량은 98 kg/10a로 ‘양백’보다 5% 증수하였다. ‘밀성’은 유지함량은 ‘양백’보다 적었으나 단백질함량은 많았다. 지방산 중 올레산의 비율은 45.8%였고 세사민함량은 2.8 mg/g, 세사몰린 함량은 3.0 mg/g이었다.
