        Developments in the recent media era has made distortion possible in accordance with changes in the fashion industry as new clothing, technologies, and fusions have become available. Nevertheless, previous studies of specific types of clothing, and their classification for the purpose of research are lacking. Thus, this study examines the development of the Pomme de look and the form of modern variant that appears in fashion clothing and new technologies, and largely examines the clothing case to clean it up. The method employed is leading research that examines the transformation about the concept of the Pomme de look with regard to the fashion about the type of look in the 2000s and onwards. This is organized in accordance with the analytical and physical characteristics, and the esthetic aspects of the results are as follows. The conclusions reached as follows are based on this; first, the physical characteristic manner when based on previous looks, the two-dimensional deformation for making clothes, if there was a simple way, now has more dimensions. Clothes are made in a complex manner and variations emerge. Second, esthetic characteristics strive for beauty while also displaying the modified and more complex manners of clothing that are emerging. Third, the fusion clothing with machines effects to physical and psychological changes through the details about how the sensor is worn. The enemy, the appearance of distortion, and clothing are emerging. This is expected to grow further based on the rapid development of new technologies and the transformation of Pomme de look and design will appear in more varied ways to create a convergence.

        We investigated to analyze the ecological changes of plants in the Wolyoung wetland conservation area from August 2014 to September 2015. The vascular plants investigated in the 2011 literature are 153 taxa(50 families, 110 genera, 136 species, 16 varieties, 1 form). Field survey in 2015 was 208 taxa(66 families, 145 genera, 182 species, 1 subspecies, 23 varieties, 2forms). In the 2015 survey, most vascular plants were composed of dicotyledons. Also, naturalized plants of vascular plants were investigated as 8 taxa(3.85%). Gramineae was the most abundant in 21 taxa, Rosaceae and Compositae were found in 15 taxa. In 2015, the number of vascular plant increased in 55 taxa, and the naturalization plant was increased in 5 taxa than 2011. The reason why number of vascular and naturalization plant increased is disturbance for increase of visitors, wetland succession, landization, etc. The Wolyoung wetland consists of four small wetlands. The vascular plants of Wolyoung wetland were investigated as follows: 1 wetland 152 taxa, 2 wetland 102 taxa, 3 wetland 89 taxa, and 4 wetland 99 taxa. Among the life forms of vascular plants, the Dormancy form showed a high distribution of G(Geophyte) in 2011 and a high distribution of H(Hemicryptophytes) in 2015. Among the Propagation form, Radicoid form showed the type of R5(taxa without lateral spreading) > R3(taxa with the smallest lateral spread rhizome) > R2,3 in both 2011 and 2015. Among the Propagation forms of vascular plants, the Disseminule form was investigated in order of D4(plants disseminated by gravity) > D1(plants disseminated by wind and water) > D2(plants disseminated by animals and human) in both 2011 and 2015. Growth form of vascular plants was surveyed in order of e(erect form) > t(crowding form) > ps(rosette-erect form) in both 2011 and 2015. Especially, the increase of crowding form(t) and branching form(b) reflects the characteristics of Gramineae and Cyperaceae that are major dominant Family of wetland vegetation, and gradually shows the typicality of wetland vegetation.

        The study aims to investigate the nexus of between role identity, self-efficacy, feeling of energy, and employee creativity in the hotel industry of Korea. The employees’ innovative behaviors like creativity have been many researchers’ interest for decades in the hotel industry. The hypotheses depicting the relationship among the variables have been proposed based on a review of existing literature. The number of 215 cases was used for final analysis and the results were explained through structural equation modeling. The results indicate the hotel employees’ role identity and creative self-efficacy positively influenced their feeling of energy. Further, both role identity and creative selfefficacy make significant impact on employee creativity. Feeling of energy also makes a positively significant impact on employee creativity. Feeling of energy partially mediates the relationship between the two independent variables and employee creativity. As a result, creative role identity, self-efficacy, and feeling of energy explain the variance of the hotel employees’ creativity. The results present that hotel practitioners need to regard their employees’ creative roles and build organizational culture to support creative activities so as to enhance employee creativity. Finally, theoretical and practical implications for the hotel industry and future studies have been discussed.

        가뭄재해는 다른 재해와 다르게 광범위한 공간에 걸쳐서 충분한 강우가 발생하기 전까지 오랜 기간 동안 발생되는 특성이 있다. 위성 영상은 시공간적으로 지속적인 강수량 관측을 제공할 수 있다. 본 연구는 위성 영상 기반의 강수자료를 활용하여 기상학적 가뭄 전망 모형을 개발하였다. PERSIANN_CDR, TRMM 3B42와 GPM IMERG 영상을 활용하여 강수 자료를 구축한 뒤, 표준강수지수(SPI)를 기반으로 기상학적 가뭄을 정의 하였다. 과거의 가뭄 정보와 물리적 예측 모형 기반의 가뭄 예측 결과를 결합할 수 있는 베이지안 네트워크 기반 가뭄 예측 기법을 이용하여 확률론적 가뭄 예측 결과를 생산하였으며, 가뭄 예측결과를 가뭄 전망 의사결정 모형에 적용하여 가뭄 전망 결과를 도출하였다. 가뭄 전망 정보는 가뭄 발생, 지속, 종결, 가뭄 없음의 4단계로 구분하였다. 본 연구의 가뭄 전망 결과는 ROC 분석을 통하여 물리적 예측 모형인 다중모형 앙상블(MME)을 활용한 가뭄 전망 결과와 전망 성능을 비교하였다. 그 결과, 2∼3개월 가뭄 전망에 대한 가뭄 발생 및 지속의 단계에서는 MME 모형보다 높은 전망 성능을 보여주었다.

        Four medicinal plants selected from preliminary screening study were evaluated in the aspects of their antioxidant activities in alcohol-intoxicated rats. Rats fed 1% α-tocopherol-supplemented diet as positive control and ones done α-tocopherol-deficient diet as negative control were compared with ones done the plant extract-supplemented diet (n=8). After the administration of the experimental diets for 4 weeks, typical increments in activities of manganese-superoxide dismutase (Mn-SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px) indicated in alcohol-intoxicated rats, were not observed in ones fed Lagerstroemia and Ulmus extract-supplemented diet. The content of thiobarbituric acid reactive substance (TBARS), the product of lipid peroxidation, did not increased in rats fed plant extracts-supplemented diet except for Terminalia. From the results, it is concluded that Lagerstroemia and Ulmus have physiologically efficient antioxidant activities.
