We study on the overall situation about Characters and words from south Asian first Chinese daily "Lebao(叻报)" with sampling survey on some whole copies and some part of the newspaper. We conclude the none-general characters is 343,which includes 1 southern dialect character, 49 sets variants,8 sets old and new Character Patterns,8 special ones,1 set ancient and modern Chinese character, 287 traditional-simplified-relation characters. We also find 3 recombination characters. Generation modes of Words from “Lebao(叻报)" are inheriting ,borrowing and special using. The relevant data can serve the Chinese monitoring and the diachronic development study with the help of attention to the foreign language life.

슬라이고 근처 드럼크리프 시골 묘지에 매장되어 있는 예이츠의 묘비에 는 “차가운 눈길을 던져라/ 삶에, 그리고 죽음에/ 말탄 자여 지나가거라”라는 싯귀가 새겨져 있다. 여기에서 말탄 자가 단지 위대한 시인 예이츠의 묘지를 방문한 방문객을 일컫는 것으로 보이지는 않는다. 예이츠가 구태여 자기의 고향인 슬라이고로 돌아와 자기 조상이 교구목사로 지냈던 시골 교회의 묘지에 매장되기를 원하고, 벌벤 산 아 래 라는 말년의 작품에서 자신의 묘비명까지 지정한 것은 그 이상의 의미가 있다. 예 이츠가 사망할 당시에는 비행기며 자동차가 보편화되어 있었기에 관광객을 “말탄 자” 라고 지칭할 필요가 없었다. “말탄 자”는 아일랜드 신화상의 인물들을 일컬을 뿐만 아 니라 예이츠 자신이 신화상의 인물로 되었음을 보여준다.

『左傳』에 나타나는 禮는 사건의 해결 및 평가의 기준으로 제도의 영역과 사상의 영역으로 나누어 고찰할 수 있다. 제도 영역에는 祭儀를 동반한 五禮의 형태로 冠·婚·喪·祭 등의 祭儀 와 관련된 禮, 朝覲禮와 외교관계, 경제·법률 등을 포함한 생활 전반에 걸쳐 등급을 엄격하게 구분하여 계급과 권위의 상징이 되는 질서를 규정하는 기준이다. 그런가 하면 정치와 경제에 적용되는 규칙이며, 禮는 이에 대한 구체적인 규범의 정당성에 의거하여 만들어진 제도를 말 한다. 사상의 영역은 만물에 내재된 本體의 의미와 유사한 개념으로 體라고 하였으며, 德이라고 하였다. 德은 나라를 다스리는 힘이며, 德을 밝히는 것이 禮라고 하였다. 여기에는 仁義와 信, 忠, 孝, 秩序가 포함된다. 그러므로 禮는 중국 전통문화의 근원으로 중국문화를 이해하기 위 한 핵심 요소 중의 하나로 정신문화와 사회제도의 사상적 기반사회생활 전반에 영향을 끼친 제도이자 사상이라고 할 수 있다.

『西字奇蹟』은 마테오 리치에 의해 작성되고 1605년에 간행된 문서이며 한자에 대한 로마 자 발음 표기가 실려 있다. 로마자 발음 표기는 명대 말기의 중국어 음운 체계에 관한 정보 를 담고 있다고 생각된다. 본 논문은 이 로마자 발음 표기를 분석하여 명대 말기의 중국어 성모 체계의 특징을 살펴 보려고 하였다. 첫째, 탁음의 청화와 송기음화, 非敷奉母의 합류, 微 母 일부 글자들의 영성모화, 疑母의 일부 글자들의 영성모화와 影母, 喩母와의 합류, 知組와 章組의 합류, 莊組는 精組의 합류, er 음절의 변화 등을 반영하고 있다

This paper introduces the function of database in language research.the database of Hanja dictionary in ancient Korean is a multi - functional query software. Its contents include three representative Hanja dictionaries in ancient Korean. According to the characteristics of different Hanja dictionaries, The author design index query way of the prefix, number, categories, radical and full-text. This paper also introduces the application of database in language research.

This paper aims to compare William Faulkner’s Absalom, Absalom! and W. B. Yeats’s Purgatory from the perspective of the genealogy of the damned, the damned here being the Old South and the Protestant Ascendancy. For all their obvious differences, Faulkner’s Old South and Yeats’s Protestant Ascendancy share important features in common: the decline of aristocracy, the tendency to mythologize realities, and the sense of loss and self-loathing. In Absalom, Absalom!, Faulkner attempts to retrieve the hidden history of the South from the early years of white settlement on the Mississippi, through the Civil War and Reconstruction, to the Civil Right era. Yeats’s Purgatory dramatizes recent Irish history, looking back on the Irish independence and the establishment of the Free State as the irrevocable proof of the decline and fall of the Protestant Ascendancy. Seeing the genealogies of the Sutpen family and the Old Man as a metaphor of American South and post-independent Ireland respectively, this paper explores transnational possibilities of reading American and Irish literature against each other.

이 논문은 구약성서와 유대주의, 그리고 시오니즘(Zionism)에나타나 있는 배타성이 기독교 선교의 공격성과 어떤 연관관계가 있는지를 선교 역사적으로 고찰한 연구이다. 기독교 신앙은 유대교에 뿌리를두고 있는 종교이고, 그 유대교는 타민족에 대한 배타적 선민(選民)사상을 뿌리에 두고 있기 때문에, 이 문제는 기독교 신앙의 정체성뿐만 아니라, 기독교 신앙을 믿지 않는 사람들, 즉 선교 현장의 타자(他者)를 대하는 우리들의 선교적 입장을 결정할 수 있는 중요한 문제이다.더 협소하게 논의를 전개시켜 나간다면, 이것은 선교학과 구약신학간의 대화를 통해서 해소되어야 할 신학적 쟁점이고, 이 논문 역시이러한 목적으로 연례 구약학회에서 발표되었다. 따라서 이 논문은 구약성서의 ‘전사로서의 하나님’에 대한 개념을먼저 살펴보고, 그 결과 나타난 유대주의의 공격성과 배타성을 역사적 으로 규명한다. 이런 전통에서 배출된 예수 그리스도의 ‘군대귀신들린 자’ 사건(막 5:1-20)은 유대주의의 공격성과 배타성을 극복할수 있는 성서학적이며 선교학적인 가능성을 제시하고 있다. 거라사(제라시)에서 군대 귀신들린 자를 축사하신 그리스도는 그를 유대의 땅으로 초청한 것이 아니라 고향 데가볼리로 돌려 보내셨다. 이것을 필자는 유대주의의 배타성과 공격성에서 벗어나 그리스-로마 문명과 공존할 수 있는 선교적 가능성을 제시한 것이라 보았다.이런 개방성으로서의 초대야말로 다원화되고 글로벌화 된 세상을 향한 선교적 복음의 미래라고 해석하였다.

목 적: 근시성 굴절이상자의 주시방향과 각도에 따른 사위와 폭주의 변화를 알아보고자 하였다. 방 법: 안질환과 현성사시가 없고 교정시력이 0.9 이상인 61명(남 29, 여 32)을 대상으로 하였다. 굴절검 사를 실시하여 대상자들의 굴절이상을 완전교정한 후, 프리즘바를 사용한 자각적 교대가림검사로 원거리 (5m)에서 정면과 우측 및 좌측 10˚, 20˚, 30˚ 주시방향에 따른 사위도를 측정하였다. 또한 정면과 우측 및 좌측 10˚, 20˚, 30˚ 주시방향에서 폭주근점을 측정하였다. 결 과: 정면주시 상태에서 측정한 사위와 비교하여 주시각도가 커짐에 따라 외사위도가 감소되는 경향을 보였다. 주시방향에 따라 사위도의 변화가 다르게 나타나는 대상자가 더 많았으며, 좌측방향으로 주시하였 을 때 외사위도의 감소가 더 크게 나타났다. 주시각도가 증가할수록 폭주근점은 유의하게 멀어졌다. 결 론: 주시방향과 각도에 따라 사위도와 폭주근점은 변한다. 따라서, 시기능 평가시 주시방향과 각도를 고려할 필요가 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Three specimens of larvae (5.2~7.8 mm in standard length (SL)), of the family Scombridae, were collected from the southeastern waters off Jeju Island in August, 2014. These specimens were identified to Katsuwonus pelamis have melanophores distributed on the 1st dorsal-fin spines and post ventral margin on caudal peduncle. An analysis of the cytochrome oxidase submit I (COI) sequences (652 base pairs) of mitochondrial DNA showed that our specimens must be K. pelamis, because their sequences were concordant with those of the adult K. pelamis (genetic distance= 0.000~0.002), followed by Auxis rochei (genetic distance= 0.061~0.063) and Euthynnus affinis (genetic distance= 0.077~0.079). During the larval stage, K. pelamis differed from Thunnus spp. species in melanophores distribution period of 1st dorsal-fin spines, lower jaws and ventral margin on caudal peduncle. In conclusion, occurrence of K. pelamis larvae means Korean waters are potential spawning ground of K. pelamis.

日本語は世界に存在する有数の言語とは異なり、一言語が四つの文字体系をもった至極に稀な言語である。すなわち日本語では漢字仮名型、カタカナ型、アルファベット型などの字種が複雑に使い分けられている。既存の研究では漢字仮名型は漢語や和語などを、カタカナ型とアルファベット型は外来語を表記すると知られているが、実際の用いられ方をみると必ずしもそうとは限らないことがわかる。そこで本論文では日本の有名百貨店に入店している店舗の商号表記にもとづいて業種別にあらわれた字種の用いられ方を探った。本論文で分けた業種はまず業種を一括した全体、食料品、婦人服、婦人雑貨、男性服雑貨、インテリア、スポーツファッション、レストランである。その結果、それぞれの業種に現われる字種の用いられ方が異なっていることが明らかになった。本論文ではこのことの裏側には日本人の字種に対する意識が働いており、その意識は「宝石箱の効果」という概念で突き止めることができると主張した。

In order to make up vacancy of words frequency on ancient bronze objects in Western Zhou Dynasty in diachronic development perspective, we sorting out some conclusions through the exhaustive statistical development data of words frequency diachronically. We found two ends concentration of word frequency in bronze inscription from the early to late in the Western Zhou Dynasty have decreased significantly, which reflects ideographic writing system increasingly mature trend; we also found the word frequency variation is keeping pace with the time trend. In other words, disappearance of those old words is the acceleration and appearance of new words has a trend for reducing the speed. We conclude that focus of inscriptions discourse topic did not change through each period distinctive word frequency semantic category research. Changes and development of language content is mainly caused by "social appellations", which always dominant semantic units’ substitutions and changes.

The purpose of Information Classification on handed down Chinese Dictionary in Japan, South Korea and China is to provide a professional platform for philology researchers easily retrieve and inquiry. And providing a theoretical basis for the development and application of the depth of shared dictionary database of East Asian. This article analyzes and studies Information Organization, Information Retrieval and Information Classification of handed down Chinese Dictionary in Japan, South Korea and China, the Paper noted that standardized information classification principles is a prerequisite for East Asian countries to regulate the construction of database of handed dictionaries ,and to maximize sharing Chinese character resources.

This paper considers an inbound ordering and outbound dispatching problem for multi-products and multi-vehicles in a third-party distribution center. The demands are dynamic over a discrete and finite time horizon, and replenishing orders are shipped in various transportation modes and the freight cost is proportional to the number of vehicles used. Any mixture of products is loaded onto any type of vehicles. The objective of the study is to simultaneously determine the inbound lot-sizes, the outbound dispatching sizes, and the types and numbers of vehicles used to minimize total costs, which consist of inventory holding cost and freight cost. Delivery time window is one of the general dispatching policies between a third-party distribution center and customers in practice. In the policy, each demand of product for a customer must be delivered within the time window without penalty cost. We derive mixed integer programming models for the dispatching policy with delivery time windows and on-time delivery dispatching policy, respectively and analyze the effect on a dispatching policy with delivery time windows by comparing with on-time delivery dispatching policy using various computational experiments.

The purpose of this study were to determine the intra-rater and inter-rater reliability of shoulder passive range of motion measurement using the “Clinometer + bubble level”, a smartphone application and to compare with the intra-rater and inter-rater reliability of measurement using a goniometer. Twenty six patients with stroke were recruited for this study. Two raters measured the passive range of motion of four types of shoulder movements (forward flexion; FF, abduction; ABD, external rotation at 90° abduction; ER90 and internal rotation at 90° abduction; IR90) using a goniometer and a smartphone to determine within-day inter-rater reliability. A retest session was performed thirty minutes later to determine within-day intra-rater reliability. The reliability was assessed using intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC) and the standard error of measurement (SEM). The ICC (2,1) for the inter-rater reliabilities of the goniometer and smartphone were good in FF and ABD [ICC (2,1)=.75∼.87] and excellent in ER90 [ICC (2,1)=.90∼.95]. The intra-rater reliabilities for the goniometer and smartphone were good or more than good, with an ICC (3,1) value >.75, the exception was IR90 measured by rater 2 on the smartphone. These results suggest that smartphone could be used as an alternative method tool for measurement of passive shoulder range of motion in patients with stroke.

漢字敎育에 漢字構造分析理論은 매우 重要한 要素이다. 許愼의 六書論은 최 초의 漢字構造理論으로, 文字學系에 많은 영향을 끼쳐왔다. 하지만 六書論은 小篆에 맞게 형성된 理論으로, 隸變 이후 급격한 변화를 겪은 隸書나 楷書體와 簡化된 現代漢字 簡體字에 적용하기에는 많은 문제점이 나타 나고 있다. 그러므로 現代로 오면서 漢字를 分析하는 새로운 漢字構造分析理論으로 裘錫圭의 三書說과 蘇培成의 新六書, 王寧의 構形學理論 등이 많은 사람들의 관심을 끌고 있다. 특히 이 중에서 北京師範大學 王寧敎授가 創案해낸 構形學理論은 한자의 部件分解를 基礎로 字形을 분석하는 방법이다. 部件은 특히 다른 漢字를 구성할 때 義符나 音符로 表意나 表音기능을 담당할 수 있으므로, 部件의 음이나 뜻을 알면 그 部件으로 다른 漢字의 의미나 讀音을 유추 할 수 있으므로 漢字의 形音義를 學習하는데 도움이 된다. 2009년 中國 敎育部에서는 現代 常用漢字의 部件 및 部件名稱 規範을 制定 하였다. 이 部件表는 中國의 現代 常用漢字 3500字의 部件을 514개(441조)部件 을 제시하고 있다. 그러므로 本稿에서는 이에 착안하여 王寧의 構形學 理論을 利用하여 韓國의 常用漢字 1800字중 먼저 中學校 基礎敎育用 漢字 900字의 部件을 정리하였다. 構形學 理論에 의거하여 漢字部件을 整理한 結果, 아래와 같은 結果를 얻었다. 直接部件489개, 基礎部件335개 및 5개의 구형모델을 귀납 정리했다. 이러한 결과를 이용하여 이후에도 고등학교용 상용한자도 분석하여, 韓國의 常用漢字 部件을 中國의 常用漢字 部件과 比較 分析할 것이다. 이는 韓國의 常用漢字 選定의 必要性과 選定基準 및 여러 가지 常用漢字 選定過程의 문제점을 살펴봄과 동시에 새로운 漢字敎育理論인 구형학 이론을 이용 하여 한자교육방면에도 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

복숭아 Y자 수형에서 기존 나무를 갱신할 때 고접갱 신을 통해 조기에 수형을 완성하고 생산성을 유지할 수 있는 방법을 알아보고자 수행한 연구결과는 아래와 같다. 접목위치별 활착률은 원가지 내측에 접목하는 것이 80% 로 외측의 73.3%에 비해 다소 양호하였고, 접목활착 후 발아된 신초의 기부직경은 내측이 36.2mm로 외측의 19.6mm에 비해 훨씬 굵게 자랐으며, 신초길이 역시 내측에 접목한 것이 220.3cm로 외측의 166cm에 비해 신초발육이 양호하였다. 고접갱신지는 개식수에 비해 수폭, 기부직경 및 결과지수 등에서 수체생장정도가 적은 것으로 나타났는데 수폭은 개식묘의 436.3cm에 비해 394.7cm 에 불과하였고, 수고는 고접위치를 감안하면 고접갱신지가 1m 정도 낮았다. 수형구성을 위한 노력시간은 고접 갱신지는 49.9시간/10a이었고, 개식묘는 51.5/10a로 두 처리 간 큰 차이를 보이지 않았지만, 고접갱신수의 경우 중간대목 품종의 관리시간 25.7시간/10a를 더하면 노력 시간이 더 소요되는 것으로 나타났다. 수형구성을 위한 노력요소 중 적심>유인>도장지 제거 순으로 많았다. 3년 간 누적수량은 처리 당년은 고접갱신수와 개식수 모두 생산량이 없었고 2년차는 고접갱신수의 생산량이 908kg/ 10a로 개식수 395kg/10a보다 훨씬 많았으나, 3년차에는 개식수의 수량이 고접수를 능가하였다. 그러나 고접수의 경우 중간대목 품종의 생산량을 합치면 개식수에서처럼 생산량의 공백 없이 매년 2,000kg 전후의 생산량을 유지할 수 있었다. 고접갱신 후 수량에 대한 손실보전을 위해 중간대목 품종을 3년에 걸쳐 연차적으로 갱신할 경우 과실수확을 위한 노동력, 과실봉지비, 농약비 및 수확, 선별 비용이 상대적으로 증가 되었지만, 수량증가와 더불어 개식에 따른 묘목비, 장비임대, 굴취비 및 지주시설 보수비용 등이 절감되어 매년 약 299만원/10a 정도의 소득적 이익이 발생하는 것으로 나타났다.

Common glyph of “tui” is mainly Chinese bronze inscriptions and Seal letter. There are two main types of its oracle glyph( and ). But they are not included in the commonly used dictionaries. According to the dictionary recorded, the relationship between and is usually just simply defined as variant character. But about the glyph of development relations there is still no conclusion.Through collecting ancient books and various point of view, I attempt to explore the volution of glyph and to discuss its oracle glyph of “tui”. And it is concluded that the two main types of its oracle glyph can only be identified as variants in the specific historical stage.

도메인이름은 선착순으로 자유롭게 등록할 수 있는 것이 원칙이나 그 중복 등록이 불가능함을 악용하여 부정한 목적으로 도메인이름을 선점하 는 사이버스쿼팅(cybersquatting) 행위는 규제될 필요가 있는바, 부정경쟁방지 및 영업비밀보호에 관한 법률 제2조 제1호 아목과 인터넷주소자원에 관한 법률 제12조 및 같은 법 제18조의 2는 정당 한 권원이 있는 자의 도메인이름 등록 및 사용을 보장하고 도메인이름에 관한 인터넷 사용자들의 혼동 등을 방지하기 위한 규정들을 두고 있다. 그런데, 위 각 조문에 규정된‘정당한 권원이 있는 자’라는 개념에 대하여 하급심 판결마다 그 해석이 다르고, 인터넷주소자원에 관한 법률 제12 조가 같은 법 제18조의 2 제3항이나 부정경쟁방 지 및 영업비밀보호에 관한 법률 제2조 제1호 아 목과 달리 도메인이름 등록인의 정당화 사유에 관 하여 구체적으로 규정하고 있지 않아 도메인이름 등록인에게 정당한 권원이나 정당한 이익이 있는 그런데, 위 각 조문에 규정된‘정당한 권원이 있는 자’라는 개념에 대하여 하급심 판결마다 그 해석이 다르고, 인터넷주소자원에 관한 법률 제12 조가 같은 법 제18조의 2 제3항이나 부정경쟁방 지 및 영업비밀보호에 관한 법률 제2조 제1호 아 목과 달리 도메인이름 등록인의 정당화 사유에 관 하여 구체적으로 규정하고 있지 않아 도메인이름 등록인에게 정당한 권원이나 정당한 이익이 있는 경우에 도메인이름의 이전등록을 구하는 자에게 정당한 권원이 없다거나 도메인이름 등록인에게 부정한 목적이 없다는 취지의 판결들이 있는 등 실무상 많은 혼선이 있는 것으로 보인다. 따라서 본 논문에서는‘정당한 권원이 있는 자’의 해석에 관하여 의미 있는 하급심 판례를 시 간 순으로 분석함으로써‘정당한 권원이 있는 자’ 의 해석에 관한 실무상 문제점들을 지적하고 이에 대한 해결책을 논해 보고자 한다.
